A dream come true What a fantastic experience! Dr Dylan and his staff are highly professional and friendly. Mariska who mans the front and guests’ liaisons does a great job and seems to know just how to keep everyone happy and content. For how intricate this procedure is they make it look easy and stress free. Taking very little time and recovery extremely quick with no pain involved. Result of the procedure also exceeded my expectation. I should’ve done this much sooner than I did. All and all I would rate this 10 out of 10 Big thanks to the whole team! Ps. I had an absolutely amazing experience getting lasik surgery with Dr Joseph. The team were exceptionally hospitable and caring - I couldn’t have felt more comfortable. The procedure was very professional and organized - and Dr Joseph talked me through the whole procedure which kept my mind at rest. It’s 1 day after the procedure and I’m feeling 100% and seeing clearly for the first time in my life. I highly recommend this life changing surgery to anyone suggesting it.

After the initial surprise/shock that new glasses won't sort out my vision, but rather cataract removal and lens implants, I started doing my homework. Was not just going to jump in. It is my eyesight after all! Mariska supplied me with all info, never pressurising me. When I was ready, I went for consultation and subsequent operations. Dr Joseph instills in you the confidence that he takes his job extremely seriously, which helps to ease the mind. As a retired nurse I appreciate the professionalism (and know the challenges!) of how the whole practice is run. As a bonus: Dr Joseph is quite easy on the eyes too....😄 One con- there is this spider web high up on the ceiling which I never noticed before!
