We would just like to convey our gratitude towards the management and owners of this newly upmarket boutique hotel, perfectly situated right on Diaz beach in Mosselbay. We own an apartment right next door. Unknowingly, a very bright billboard light was erected on the side of the hotel , which was extremely inconvenient for us, as it felt like daylight 24/7 pouring into our bedrooms. After only one whatsup and request to Phillip at reception. The problem was solved within 3 days. The owners immediately got an electrician to put this bright light on a dimmer switch that goes off at 22hoo. Special thanks to Phillip, who handled this situation swiftly with so much patience and called me back regularly with a follow-up on the situation. We would like to wish this hotel all the best with it's new venture as a brand new boutique hotel on Diaz.

Diaz ocean view hotel will definitely see me again, they have excellent service and very friendly! Loved my stay there, the view is great and a lot of attention to detail!

Spent the weekend of 10th to 12th November at this lovely friendly neat hotel. Had a great meal in their restaurant and the staff are all very friendly efficient and helpful. Beautiful room with balcony and uninterrupted sea views Highly recommend anyone passing through or planning to vist Mosselbay stay here. Will be back soon Helenl and David

Staff was extremely helpful Felt like we had the place to ourselves although the hotel was fully booked... Enough space not to feel crowded in peak season
