Was just in Sterns to buy a wedding ring for my wife. The woman behind the counter blatantly ignored us and continued chatting with her friend until we had no choice but to leave. Very disappointing since we came a long way to spend money at this establishment. Go to this store if you enjoy being treated like you dont exist.

Great and friendly service form the staff. The item that I wanted was never stocked in this store and they went through the trouble of sourcing it from somewhere else. I was kept up to date all the time and collected the item a short while later.
