👍👍 A cozy place for pizza. The sour dough of the pizza base is crispy and chewy. The Halloumi Fries is the best finger food in its class, although the House Salad is a bit small portion, but it’s only £4.5. Reasonably priced, with excellent home feel service and top tier food. People often mention pizza, great, good, nice, wings, beers, beer, selection, pizzas, service,

Charming tiny bar/ restaurant tucked in a corner of the Royal Arsenal complex, they do amazing pizzas, great drinks at reasonable prices. Can't really get better than that to be honest. They also do wings and special pizzas with interesting flavours and bases, they're sourdough bases akin to Franco Manca but this place isn't a chain so deserve your support all the more. Great for couples, friends and they are also board game friendly if that's your jam.

Overall the pizza is decent, but the cheese on top is not even close to some good mozzarella and it doesn't give a good taste to the pizza. The base is okay, but it should be lighter and less heavy when chewed. I love the atmosphere and the great beers, and would love to increase my rating if the pizza got better.

Amazing place with a very good pizza. They have an excellent selection of beers and pizzas (all handmade). The place is modern and original with an amazing interior design and decoration. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Definitely one of my favourite places in zone.

A bar hidden away in the corner of a new housing development, it was very busy on Saturday afternoon. It is the first time I have seen salted caramel expresso martini on draught. There is a wide range of beers and at reasonable prices. You can buy a pint for £4.10 which is great value. Will definitely return.

Was in the area with my brother and wanted something to eat and we spotted salt, nice staff, the location is easy to find, parking was underground for under £5 I think. The menu is small but it’s quality over quantity. The set up is cool and very well lit, would have like a high chair for my brother Week done guy See you soon

The beer was lovely, service was great and the pizzas seem to be as well, but I came alone so needed something smaller. Don't make the same mistake as me and order the halloumi fries. The cheese seems like it wasn't pat dried before battering and the batter was incredibly thick and soggy on the inside while the outside was unseasoned and greasy. I ended up ripping it all off and just eating the cheese which was a pretty lackluster experience. Has to be the worst halloumi fries I've had in all of the UK.

I visited SALT Woolwich with my sister in February ‘24. I had the prosciutto pizza, and she had a margarita with some olives on top. The pizzas were nice but not exceptional; I found the base to be a bit soggy and the ham wasn’t great. However, they were still tasty and I was pleased overall. I also had a side of olives, which were nice, and a side of onion rings. I thought these were a bit under-done as they were also soggy, so maybe worth avoiding these. The ketchup wasn’t very nice either (it wasn’t Heinz, but some cheap knock-off). The service was great and the staff were friendly. They looked to have a great selection of beers, though I didn’t try any. I would return if I was in the area, as overall the food was decent and reasonably priced. It was also nicely decorated and there was a good amount of seating inside.

"Yum" Fantastic beer and pizza place on Woolwich Arsenal. Great pizzas, and they'll do half and half if you can't decide which one to order. Halloumi fries are excellent and the BBQ chicken wings are great too. Salted caramel espresso Martini is just awesome. Well recommended.

Love this place. Came for food and drinks for the first time last night and will definitely be back. Pizza is amazing, lots of choice and great dough. Wings were really tasty with loads of sauce and the board games upstairs a massive bonus. Chill, laid back vibes. Queue at the bar gets long at times so worth getting yourself double parked x

Even though the beer is amazing, the food and atmosphere are gorgeous and so many friendly dogs... Best just leave this place to me and my friends :) Don't come here, please. You wouldn't enjoy it.

Love this micro brewery. Really great beer and some of the best pizza and wings in London! Their buffalo wings are American style which are so difficult to find in London, especially as tasty as these. It’s also reasonably priced. I just wish it was bigger because it gets busy on weekend evenings but they do have space outside on a nice day.

Spent a pleasant early September Saturday evening here as party of four after Charlton football match (they won!). Brewery restaurant in the old Woolwich arsenal site. Seating at ground and first floor levels and lots of tables arrayed in line outside as well, perfect for catching the dying sun in late summer, sheltered from wind by surrounding buildings. Lots of good beers and perfect pizza. Friendly, hard-working staff taking orders, cooking and running around delivering to tables. Not cheap but nothing is these days. Fine for kids. Easy disabled access except to first floor level. Recommended.

Lovely service from smiling staff Food - good and fast and takeaway boxes for leftover available. Chicken wings are not hot as a heads up. Pizza is good and well stretched Drinks - lots of good advice and decent beer but missing traditional lager Other - small with outdoor space, shame no heated outdoor space with umbrellas so when it rains significantly decrease capacity Service - lovely smiling and helpful staff

Very nice little craft beer stop near the station. Not the biggest bar inside but some seating outside that will be an absolute sun trap in the summer. Great range of Salt beers on tap but also guest beers.

A hidden gem in woolwich. A nice place to get together with friends. Love the Loom IPA. I believe its an in-house brew. Reasonable prices.

Great beer and pizza. If you want to eat sitting down, think about booking a table via their website, which is easy to do. You can still get served pizza withiut a booking, but you may have to eat perched on a bar stool. Indicates how popular it is. Still worth it though. Loads of seating outside as well.

Brett was outstanding, helpful, knowledged in the food and cooking prep. It’s a really lovely pub, good selection of drinks, well priced Prosecco and pizza.. but today it’s the chips that are the winner!! No where close does actual fresh potato chips, and £2 at least less then anywhere close. Lots of dips and napkins (sadly not a given at dial arch or guardhouse) So let’s slide those away and just come to Salt!! The only reason we visited anywhere else is because we were eagerly awaiting Salt to open! 😄

Nice selection of craft beer and an amazing atmosphere. Good service too. Easy to recommend!

Ironically the food seemed to lack seasoning across the board. Specifically salt. I ordered rosemary salt chips and whilst the rosemary was definitely present there was a distinct lack of salt. Same for my partners chips and the kids chips. The ground beef on my partners pizza was very plain too, as though unseasoned. My BBQ chicken pizza was good tbf. After we ate I heard a neighbouring table offered salt and pepper (pressumably in the form of grinders that they being around? I don't know, I never saw them) and I wish we were offered those too. If we return, which I won't rule out right now, I will ask for them in advance, now I know that is required! Also, my son's pizza was overcooked on the base (we expect a bit of charring but it impaired the taste) and the beer is outrageously priced. £8 for a 440ml can. Really wanted to try it but couldn't bring myself to pay that! Undecided if I'll try again.

Very nice and welcoming staff, pet friendly and good price. Small but cozy. I think is the best pizza around the area.

Excellent pizza and great service every time. We love that they do weekly specials. It gives more variety and keeps us coming back. The truffle chips and wings are amazing too.

Superb little taproom, always a great selection of beers on tap and a buzzing vibe. The pizza and wings are top notch too.

Great food made fresh, and nice choice of craft beers and ales to choose from. Staff are friendly and overall the place has a modern, homely feel to it that I always like. If I had to sumarise, I'd say it's similar to Dial Arch but with a more personal touch.

Really nice selection of beers and good quality pizzas - really good crispy base and generous portion of toppings, reasonably priced. Must visit if in the neighbourhood!

Pizza was great, nice selection of drinks but BBQ chicken wings had a strong vinegar taste. Perhaps I just didn't like the sauce

Lovely, delicious little eatery. The pizza is to die for and there is a great selection of drinks. Dogs are welcome too! The pizza can take quite a while to arrive though so be prepared to wait.

Very good artisan pizza! Dough was the right consistency and toppings choices were unique and delicious. Buffalo wings were also a huge hit. Best wings I’ve had in London so far. Side note: the ginger beer on the menu was incredible
