The name drew me in and says it all, lots of old rock n roll stars photos, cosy atmosphere, indoor and outdoor fire places, short menu but to the point, excellent steaks with great service. What more could you ask.

Friendly Staff, good service. The grill bar is open to see for the public, you can and talk to the griller if you want to. All their steaks are minimum 5 weeks aged , sometimes pushing to 9 weeks. Steak was cooked perfect, tastes delicious and tender. Well priced for aged steaks.

Such a great restaurant with delicious food, we ordered the fillet and the mixed grill and it was simply tasty, they know what they do. The prices are fair and the service is very welcoming. The town has no light between 18:00 to 20:00 and it makes a romantic atmosphere.

You won't find a better steak along the garden route than at Joplin's steak bar! The cherry on top were the fries which were the best that we've had on our trip. All around a lovely experience

Best meal of the year - steak, chips and a glass of wine!!! Meat was cooked to perfection (my mouth still waters) and the cut was delicious, the wine was recommended, complimented my meal so well. Apart from the food - this place is awesome, Joplin- after Janis Joplin, a great recipe for a great time - good food 'n rock n roll - and the team behind it all make this resto one on my favorite favorites EVER.

Lamb chops were very tender. Chips were amazing but we thought the salad was a bit small for R40. We ordered two steel works. My husband's was almost twice the size of mine yet they charged the same price for both R50 each. Not quite right. Over all the meal was simple but very well cooked. We never received the complimentary drink. Parking was difficult. This was our first dining experience at joplins.

Clearly quality over quantity. Amazing steaks and the vegetarian option is really good. Deserts where homemade, and you can tell that in every single menu item thought was put into. Great experience would recommend!
