The Seabreeze Cabanas are right next to the infamous Victoria Bay. One can hear the waves constantly breaking. The Cabanas are part of a gated community therefore the place is safe and secure, older children can walk and play freely, they have their own swimming pool and restaurant. Many patrons enjoy the place so much so they make repeated trips to the bay. Its a great holiday destination.

Cozy place with more than enough space for kids to safely play. Houses in very good condition and the gardens and pool are very well maintained. Within walking distance of the beach. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. This is a definite recommended and enjoyable holiday destination.

We return often and so do friends and family. Nothing luxurious but meets the needs of families who travel and need space and home comforts at a resort. Walking distance from the beach. Would be good to update the bathrooms a bit and since not all data providers have reception in the area, free WI-FI would go a long way. Since our last visit some of the units' kitchens had a makeover. It looks great. Better towels are available now too.

Very beautiful place however, there's no dishwasher, washing machine or iron also some people wish to turn it into a retirement village and not a holiday resort... Kids loved it though...

Perfect self catering accommodation within a few minutes walk of the Victoria bay beach. Our four bedroom unit (31) was well equipped and spacious with an undercover braai area. Three of the bedrooms lead to the balcony, with beautiful views of the mountain and ocean. A fifth room with a bathroom is located outside with its own entrance. This large unit sleeps up to 12. The complex is well maintained and has a communal pool. Vic bay is a wonderful holiday destination and very well situated for exploring the Garden route.

Gated community in a great location, 5 minutes walk to Victoria Bay (surf heaven), heated pool. Chalet was well stocked, lovely braai area in garden setting. DSTV with movie channel. Ideal for families and close to George for shopping etc. Well situated to discover the Garden Route.

It is a very clean resort. The no wifi was a bit of a demper as one would expect such nice resorts to have free wifi.

Awesome place considering its location but we had problems with the braai facilities. The grill we were given was covered in gunk and cobwebs, it also wouldnt fit in the fire place so we placed bricks to sort it out. That and we were 6 people sharing 3 rolls of toilet paper which... meant we had to do a supply run (we bought our grill while we were at it). Other than that, the place is very nice, the pool is heated which we really enjoyed and the beach is just a small walk away.

Sea breeze cabanas are a hit or miss. Each place is privately owned so they’re all different. Most houses looked decent but the one we stayed in was strange and cave like. Self catering is very true here as you only get the very bare basics and that’s it. Places smell damp because there was no light. The pictures showed light filled rooms although this was further from the truth. Many doors either don’t lock or don’t open at all. You pay for wifi although it’s probably quicker to drive into the town and look for a fast food place with wifi. Again, this place has a great potential because of the area but it needs a lot of TLC due to being completely outdated.

Stay there almost every month for the last 10 years and have never had anything except excellent service.

The place is beautiful, located next to the beach. The units are nice and well furnished. But much improvement is needed in taking care of them, the units are damp and smell like no one has been in there for ages. Bedding and dust bins are only changed/cleaned after 7 days, which isn’t the best. Fumigation is definitely needed regularly, since there’s big spiders and cockroaches.
