Very nice modern day rooms with good views and hidden away. The rooms are semi catering so u can cook food . The rooms are very modern and the bed was very comfortable as we had a good night sleep. Fath was also very friendly and helped us check in. Definitely recommend it .

Sean was a great host, Villa Sol comes highly recommended, beautiful modern decor and finished with super comfortable bed and bedding. We will definitely spend more time here next time.

Gorgeous location. Centrally located, right opposite the beach and restaurant. It is however situated right next to the highway which could be bit noisy during peak but not at all noticeable at night. Really nicely tucked away with an endless list of amenities. Definitely worth a second and third visit

A beautiful place with breathtaking views from the ocean. Rooms are stylish and spacious. Check in very uncomplicated. Been here for the second time now. Would come again!

We were so fortunate to have spent time at Villa Sol over Valentine's Day this year. This home is impeccably designed and furnished with extreme attention to aesthetic detail, comfort and functionality. Hands down the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Our room had modern finishes with warm and welcoming comfort. Very spacious and there was no need to ask for anything as all was at hand.. even a pre packed beach basket. The plunger coffee was delish and so were the edible treats. The view and sound of the ocean from our room was so beautiful and soothing. The brilliantly designed shutter doors allow for a peaceful sleep. The communal entertainment area is perfectly structured for different couples or groups to feel privacy and extremely at home. The pool was warm and enjoyable, and lagoon views stunning. Just a perfect time away and will definitely go back soon. Thank you Villa Sol for such an incredible and appreciated memory. We stayed in the top floor loft and had an absolutely wonderful stay! The room and common areas are stunningly decorated, well equipped and comfortable. Views from every direction! Also, the staff are absolutely wonderful, willing to help out and very friendly. Totally recommended.

Wow! An incredible destination. Whilst on vacation in South Africa, we had the good fortune to stay in this luxurious family friendly guest house. Amazing location.... steps from the unspoiled beaches of the beautiful village of Wilderness. Great restaurants within walking distance offering fresh seafood and a variety of other options. Lots of activities on your doorstep to fill the day and experience ALL the area has to offer. Our accommodation in the guest house was superb. Super comfortable beds that eased our jet lag and made for a great night of sleep. Unbelievable views from all rooms and a spectacular deck with a pool that creates an area of soothing serenity. Thank you to the hosts who were responsive to our requests and thought of every detail. Cannot wait to visit again!

My boyfriend and myself stayed at Villa Sol during a 3 week trip to the country. To be honest, we weren’t planning to stay here but decided last minute to book a room to continue hiking in the area. What a great decision! The house is absolutely stunning. A place that blows you away more than you expect it to. The attention to detail, the decor, the furnishings are truly spectacular. Not one corner of this house was overlooked. The shared kitchen was great and even though it was cloudy, the back patio area was gorgeous, cosy and appreciated. The views from front and back of the house are amazing. If you’re fortunate enough to end up in this area, you will not be disappointed by this house. The king (deluxe?) room was a very good value and the views were amazing. We are fortunate to travel all over the world for work, and we both felt this stay was truly one of our favourite places. One thing of note that also made this stay stand out was the site manager Tinashe. He was such a welcoming and kind host! It doesn’t take a genius to realize the work this guy does on site: check ins, checkout, hosting, the cleaning, all customer service, yard work- likely more. He was the ONLY person we saw during our stay. Although he had a notably high level professionalism, what sets him above and apart was his wonderful (and contagious) energy. It’s people like that who you wish are running your business. They will always go above and beyond for customers, are funny, sharp and professional, have great attitude and he clearly is fantastic at his job. Its not very common to find ALL of these traits in colleagues or staff and although when you travel as a guest, you generally are well received- but sometimes you come across people who are just levels above everyone else. To us, HE definitely made this stunning house extra special. I hope these business owners recognize the incredible value this gem and I don’t doubt that everyone who visits will love not only the house and city but also be impressed by this amazing soul. We’re looking forward to our next visit to South Africa and we will definitely return.

The stay turned out to be somewhat disappointing, given that rest and relaxation is themed in their descriptions. The experience may differ in a different room, but we had the Moonshine room. It has a room above it and this room above it has a wooden floor. You can only imagine how it sounds when you strike bad luck with noisy upstairs neighbours. We had people above us stomping around and watching movies at loud volumes until 1am some nights! Also, you could hear it clearly when they spoke. It felt like we could be in their conversation at times.. The noise calcellation just needs work in this room. It made the stay really difficult since we dis not sleep well at all unfortunately. Tinashe (the host) was a very nice person though. Credit to him. Rooms were also clean which results in a 2 star and not a 1 star experience.

Villa Sol literally took my breath away. It’s one of those rare places that delivers even more than it promises. Our beautifully furnished room (more like an apartment with its well appointed, fully equipped kitchenette and en-suite bathroom) was huge, with jaw dropping views of the ocean and Wilderness beach. The communal areas were so beautiful, welcoming and comfortable that I just wanted to stay forever. And then there was the leafy garden with its remarkable trees and the wonderful little pool...

A love newly reformed house with great views of the Lagoon and Sea! We felt relaxed and very much at home upon arrival. The beautiful endless Wilderness beach is a Short walk away and town centre is about a 3 minute drive. We will definitely be back.
