It is a very Good mall. All major stores are available in the mall. It is the largest mall in the Garden Route area. It is very clean and new. It has many resturants, coffee shops. There are many large-size stores adjacent to the mall (seperate buildings). It has plenty of car parking (open space) and they are free. It is good to walk, do shopping and drink coffee and/or eat in this mall. The location is very good on N2 highway. Very secure. By short, it is the best mall in the Garden Route area. The only missing thing in the mall is a childern playground.

Garden Route Mall is a massive mall on the southern Cape coast and a walk through this mall could easily double as a healthy exercise of about an hour. There are a wide variety of shops and plenty of security. The bathrooms were clean and unlike some other shopping centres, you are not required to pay extra to use them. There’s a nice touch of natural light that comes into the mall as well. Parking is plentiful and free, but there was no undercover parking, which is a pity, especially when the weather is a bit nasty.

Good shopping experience with some decent restaurants. Basically every known shop is contained in the mall. Restrooms are clean and well maintained. Ample customer parking and disabled parking spaces are well manage. With some other malls around Garden Route Mall is still doing well. Keep it up guys!

Everything is close to each other and easy to find. It has all the essentials and more. It has wheelchair access and parking. Overall parking lot's big. Different entrances and exits, easy to find. Good security and sanitizing stations. The workers all over are respectful and ready to help.

Beautiful restaurant, spectacular view of the ocean. Waiters just need to work on their service instead of chatting with their co-workers at the bar.

A nice, clean, well looked after regional mall with plenty of safe parking. Please build another one like this on the opposite side of George to reduce traffic congestion in Courtnay St./Knysna Rd. We are really tired of driving to the other side of town just to be able to shop at a nice mall. This town is very, very ready.

Mall is surprisingly large, and was fairly busy for lock down, but I guess this is their peak season. Very well represented mall, with even exclusive brands like Browns present. Well maintained, too few toilets, walk a mile, very busy.

This place is the idyllic camping holiday spot especially in the Dec/Jan holiday season. Ablutions are clean, close to the river and hiking trails and laundry is available on site. Another great advantage is its proximity and easy access to the surrounding towns to explore or refresh supplies. Kids also love it here. They are carefree and able to enjoy the freedom of the space. Weather here is just right, not too hot this time of year.

I always love coming here. The mall has all the shops and restaurants we as a family usually frequent and it seems there are mostly at least a few shops offering sales at any time. Loads of parking, broad isles, clean bathrooms.

What an excellent mall. As you enter the parking a Security Guard greets every single car. This just makes my day every morning. Furthermore every store is extremely well stocked. Makes shopping so much more relaxing.

The Garden Route Mall is one of the malls that i have visited that is always clean. You sometimes wonder what the cleaning staff are cleaning because there seems to be no mess lying around. The security personnel were also most helpful and courteous. All the major shops and some other smaler interesting ones too.

Our once a month place to visit as we have to drive a distance to get there. Love the wide corridors, the cleanliness and accessibility of this mall. A lovely place to have a fun day out, enjoy a meal and to pick up a fun item to spoil yourself!

Lots of shops that are open till late. Went there to go to the cinema, ended up stroking around for an hour, visiting different shops. Lots of verity and ample parking.

Always a pleasure to visit the Garden Route Mall. It's always neat and tidy, especially the bathroom facilities they have a whole variety of stores, new ones getting added regularly. A whole lot of restaurants to choose from should u get hungry and if you're in the mood for a movie, Ster Kinekor are there.

Very clean and very well maintained. Only issue, they could use some information boards at the entrances of the store locations. Most malls I've been to are using them, and it makes life much easier.

What an awesome mall in this relatively small village! Has fabulous outdoor and camping shops, all the top chain stores including Pick n pay and Woollies, and some lively boutiques and swimwear shops! Also lovely, affordable basketware for sale by a friendly chap in the public space

The mall is a pleasant experience. BUT ... the toilets. After having a knee injury and on crutches, I actually realized that the toilets, and even the disability toilet is really not efficient. The regular toilets are too low to sit down comfortably when on crutches and with a knee injury. So the next time I've tried the disability toilets which is to my surprise the same lower height than the other toilets. It was a matter of ungracefully "falling down" on the toilet seat and afterwards using the bars to try and get up: not an easy task at all. I don't know if the toilet is the correct height for a wheel chair bound person, but in my opinion the lower height definitely has too many challenges for a person with crutches or the elderly with a walking stick. Not sure if it is really disability friendly. Option: put another toilet in the disability toilets, one lower and one the standard higher one.

I don't usually bother to rate a mall. They're just so "the same". This mall is lovely. The shops are well fitted and well stocked. In one short visit I easily found everything I needed. By comparison, I spent an hour trailing Somerset mall and found nothing I needed. It's a dreadful sprawling mall 😫 always "out of stock".

The layout is well designed. A great destination to go christmas shopping. Beautiful courtyard with restaurants, but you have to wait a few minutes to be seated. Parking is efficient.

It's got a bit of everything, really well thought out mall. You could spend a day here. But I think I like it's location the most, it's on a really convenient spot
