I would not recommend it I've if it was the last mall existing. I'm very disappointed with your customer care service and the representative of the mall is nauseating.

Was a great visit, there's plenty of shops to shop at. Three food stores to buy your groceries at. Got some specials at Woolies, Spar & at Mr price.Visit most of the shops just to see if there were anything that catches my eye to buy.

For being the smaller mall of the two in Mosselbay it still has a massive selection of good shops and things to see, do and buy. It has everything you could want in a safe, easily accessible and convenient location just off the road. Good breakfasts everywhere and fresh produce.

Easy access and lots of parking. Numerous shops, pharmacies ,coffee shops,banks, etc.

It's always fantastic. It's my go-to for everything. Everyone from the parking attendants to the staff of the different shops is always very friendly.

Ample parking, clean environment and friendly security people. Only a pleasure to do your shopping at the mall.

Nice variety of stores and overall vibe and visuals are great but sadly there are no book stores

The Ripcurl store was quite nice, clean toilets and good parking. Checkers supermarket in the building and also a fuel station next door. Probably one of the best options in/near Mossel Bay however some stores where closed and not really what I expected.

This mask is exceptionally clean and has most everything you need in terms of diversity of shops. It can be exceptionally busy over the weekend and the end of the month, but you can manage accordingly. I was not a big fan of this mall a few years back but I have changed my view.

Definitely worth a visit. All major chain stores. Woolworths, Food Lovers. All had an excellent variety of stock. Plenty of parking.

Everything you need under one roof. Lots of parking and excellent security. My first choice to shop till I drop!

A pleasure to shop there. All shops are really beautiful and buzzing with activity. The assistants are very friendly and polite and go out of their way to assist you. The isles are well organised and you don't have to look far to find the item you're looking for. Security outside and in the car park are visible. So your xar are safe and you can shop with assurance

Clean, and convenient with most major shops. We liked the Food Lovers Market, as this was an excellent choices by Management to get them as a tenant Wish other Malls want to follow your example.

Always good to visit.No matter how full the parking lot,I always find it easy to just go and buy something quickly inside and go back home again.

Very nice mall with good parking facilities. It's very clean on the inside and I feel it's just a very nice place to do your shopping at.

All the stores where I can quickly for my monthly supply run. From a hair salon to fresh produce and restaurants. Quick convenient and lively, with secure parking too...

Deli is very bad, ignoring customers while having group conversations. 60/60 shoppers are very pushy and inconsiderate, half the stocks is so high nobody can reach it, prices incorrect and only here and there,isles super narrow, over stocked with heaps of staff packing shelves and talk to one another but no one to help customers and then you get to the checkout and really annoying the cashiers who is in deep conversation with the packers and unfriendly. But we need to shop there so maybe they get trained to be like that

This is an amazing mall a big variety of shops to choose from clothing, electronic, and of course the food court. A all age appropriate entertainment where kids can play till they drop. Great place to take the family out for a fun day.

Heiderand Mall is on the Garden Route. And is situated in the heart of Mossel Bay. Have 24 hours Security and a lot of safe parking

Clean and safe. Good infrastructure. Variety of clothing and grocery stores. Delicious freshly baked cakes and goodies. But no electronic or gadget shops. Just easy shopping. It is great that the mall is not too big with no loud, irritating music.

Mall clean and staff friendly. Visit them with peace of mind. Thank you

Average store...rather pay a bit more for your meats at Woollies. Not sure why i actually shop here as the groceries cost more than Checkers and their fruit and veg not cheap nor the best quality either...and now their till ladies don't speak afrikaans anymore...hilarious the silly political games these women cashiers play...p*ssed a few clients off though

Parking access close to Dischem very minimal. Difficult for those with mobility problems. Otherwise, always a good trip to this mall

This mall has no McDonald's .. but they have food lovers market (good price) and there is one coffee shop opposite pep (forget the name) they make delicious coffee. And kiosk for cell phones and electronics with good price and quick service (they repair phones and sell all gadgets).

Beautiful, clean, staff everywhere friendly and helpfull, love the fact that our Pick a Pay receipt gave us a huge discount on our parking fee!!

Since I moved here in April. We shopped at this mall a couple of times. Has all the normal favourites including banks. Also food lovers and a Dischem. Dischem is not at all the malls. There is a PNA too. Some lovely coffee shops. Do come and brouse through I am sure you will enjoy it.

One stop shopping in town. Just off the main road and easy parking with your trailer

Nice clean mall. 1st Friday of month crowds. We made a short visit, just to Dischem.

Good modern clean centre with a great selection of shops. The parking attendants were very helpful

This a deceptively large mall. There is even a garage for fuel. Lots of parking. Several smaller shops across the road. You can get most of what you need in this area. I was there on a Friday over lunch and the place was very busy. Very popular mall.

Shop workers are the most unfrendliest people i ever met no greetings poor service specialy checkers,its if they are cross because they have to work there are many people outside that seaks work,dischem as well
