A very nice beach, not the most idyllic one but it is very nice overall. The sanitary facilities are free and clean, the beach is clean, there are several good places to get food or drinks... Very very good public beach, I would definitely recommend going there when visiting Mosselbaai.

The beach is very nice and the waves is not very big. Perfect for young kids who like to swim but don't like the big waves.

One of the cleanest beaches I've seen in a while. Calm water, not for surfers, but great for small kids. Water was clean and warm. Great little kiosk right there selling snacks, delicious draairoomys (softserve) and takeaway food. The Santos Express is right there for a bigger meals or drinks and so is one of the oldest beach pavilions with great architecture and a restaurant.

Very clean beach. My children loved to swim at this beach. If I could I'll put 10 stars. People can visit this beach anytime.

Awesome view of the bay area including some whales & dolphins. Sunrise was the best view of the day! Nice clean beach & has safety nets to keep the swimmers safe. Would definitely want to visit there again!

Beautiful beach with mountains as backdrop. Had beach volleyball with locals.

This is by far one of the best beaches in the whole George/Mossel Bay area, especially if you have children. We didn't experience any huge waves or strong undercurrents, making it that much safer for children and/or inexperienced swimmers.

Well we stayed in accommodation at Santos Beach. I have always thought it to be the most well taken care of public sport. The restrooms on the beach area are kept so clean, the beach is kept so clean and safe. It's one of the most beautiful beaches in my opinion and that's because it's being well looked after.

Nice and clean beach. Ideal for families and children since the waves aren't that big and the shark nets are in place.

Not only is Santos beach a world class beach it part of a community ocean program - sea the change” learners from Indwe school have been involved with beach clean-up, learning to swim and life guard training on the beach.

Clean beach, not very busy, great spot to relax when the sun shines, sea is generally not rough at this point, good place to swim.

A nice beach for children, the sirf is not to big, and it is not deep. Close to the harbour. It has lots of nice places to sit. Great beach for the novice swimmer.

Great swimming beach. Had a great time here. The weather was great on the day of my visit.

Lovely place to swim. Not much waves, so people tend to swim here for excersise or just float here. You can rent a paddleboard as well or go on a yacht ride. Will definitely come again

Great beach but bad access for pedestrians. Museum precinct completely blocks access to the beach from the town centre. Pedestrians forced to walk half length of adjoining beach using same route as cars.
