O really loved the food! Fresh, flavorful and beautifully presented! Heathy and vegan options available and the best baked cheesecake I have ever had in my life !!! Try the cheesecake please !!! I tried for the recipe but no success. Would just have to come back then!!

Fine dining - Enjoyed the lamb shoulder main meal and Baklava ice cream desert. Food different, good presentation and love the flavours. Great service. Lovely ambience and beautiful decor. Quaint deli shop for freshly baked sweets, frozen meals, & spices. We will be back for more tastebuds spoil! Definitely worth the drive to Mosselbay!

It is an expensive place with small portions and not really anything to write home about when it comes to taste. The starters and mains where really average but the desert was fantastic. The waitress really caught me with a sneaky sale. After placing my order which then I paid for immediately and 1 second after the tap of my card, she goes “would you like a coffee while you wait”. Me being naïve maybe, thought o wow a free coffee while I wait because why would you offer me a coffee when I just tapped my card a second ago. Just to have her bring the coffee with the now extra R30 bill. Very disappointed with the whole thing, as they do get great reviews. Maybe it was just a off day for them

Amazing place, truly beautiful, amazing journey to the middle east. Amazing flavors, complex dishes executied PERFECTLY. I was amazed to find such a gem in the last place I'd expect it. Amazing Atmosphere, welcoming Staff, beautiful dishes, and flavors that will blow your mind if your an adventurous eater. A true, not to be missed destination for foodies. We barely touched the surface because we only ate breakfast. But it was one of the best representations of middle eastern cuisine I have yet to come across. To the owners: I thank you, you took me on a flavourful journey.

The staff is super friendly and has always a smile on. Definitly one of the best cappucinos in town. Totally recommend the terrace with a really nice view. The interior has a nice flavor and there are a lot of little details in the decoration that just makes you wanna stay. The backyard is definitly worth a visit as well!

Carola Ann's has no competition on the Garden route. Don't be fooled by the simple interior, they know what they're doing when it comes to food! Absolutely delicious, mostly middle eastern inspired, but no overpowering tastes, just perfect and most importantly nourishing, healthy food. Both owners are very friendly and so easy going. The food could easily be served as part of a fine dinning experience if placed in a different setting. Although this cosy, super clean little restaurant makes incredible food accessible to everyone.

Best restaurant in Mossel Bay! Real chefs who know what they are doing, creating delicious flavours, and excellent quality compared to other places in the town. My favourite dishes are the veggie bowl breakfast, and the chicken kebab for lunch or dinner! Great wine selection, and lots of yummy cakes and treats to feast your eyes on

A lovely little place to enjoy organic food with an oriental twist. Try the mezze to share or go for the daily salad or the burger. The staff is super friendly and made us feel very welcome. A definitive must in Mossel Bay!

Fantastic food. The Moses's Healthy Breakfast was outstandingly good and the Tumeric Sunrise smoothie absolutely delicious. Eat here...you will not be disappointed. The owners, Sam and Carola Ann, are lovely too.

Was in Mossel Bay for a 2 day visit and Carola Ann’s was recommended by our guest house. The food was so good we returned the second night! Refreshingly different menu and food is wonderfully flavoured. Highly recommended.

Absolutely delicious dinner served in an elegant yet relaxed environment by incredibly friendly staff. My husband and I happened upon this gem by pure chance after checking in to our room at the Aquamarine Guest House up the street on our one night in Mossel Bay. It was the highlight of our time in town, thanks to the scrumptious savory cheesecake and expertly prepared, tender ostrich steak we ordered. We later went to Oudtshoorn, where we figured the ostrich would be even more stupendous, but no: Carola Ann's was the clear winner in our book. The view of the ocean was a nice perk, too.

My new favorite restaurant in Mossel Bay. The building itself is classy and worth the visit alone. The food is quality, fresh, tasty and fairly priced. (Vegan friendly too). The drinks selection is also very good. Customer service is a clear priority here, our waiter (Rick) is a master at his job and a great pleasure. Can't wait to go back. Well done.

Nice restaurant...Lamb shoulder roast a bit dry - think it was yesterday's roast 🤔. Oxtail curry flavourful... Had to ask for more gravy! Fish samosas not great but the pork spring rolls were good. My opinion is that the meals are a little overpriced but nice house restored to a good enough restaurant.

We sat outside in the garden. The food took some time to make (30min), but my ostrich was great! The music speakers didn’t work so the atmosphere wasn’t very viby. Staff is very attentive and helpful.

Enjoyed a dinner here in the beginning of March. I would recommend getting reservations or coming early as it seems to get busy. Ordered the falafel, three dip mezza. And then the Hake fish of the day with tabouleh salad and potatoes. Also had the baklava ice cream for dessert. The apps and main were so delicious. Really enjoyed both— especially the freshness of the fish. Personally I found the dessert a bit too sweet for my liking. Absolutely adored the little shop inside with baked goodies like homemade granola and then the freezer with pre-made food. Highly recommend checking this place out if you’re in the area!

Food was fantastic - mine, including other guests (tasted a mouthful of theirs!). Starters were great. Ostrich steak, Sirloin, Pumpkin ravioli, Oxtail (I mention these as it is not listed below) Love, love, love the interior. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable. Has a more upmarket feel to it, yet cosy and inviting. Would love to dine in the back-yard in summer!

I honestly cannot recommend Carola Ann's enough. Not only is the food absolutely delicious, but the owners and staff are wonderful people and their restaurant has a great atmosphere (especially their monthly Friday night dinners). I've had breakfast, lunch and dinner at Carola Ann's and everything has been delicious (the banana bread french toast is a favorite of mine). I have even found myself eating foods that are not my favorite as I am convinced Carola Anns can make anything taste good! My husband and I decided to host our intimate (28 ppl) wedding celebration dinner at Carola Ann's restaurant and not only was it extremely affordable, but the three course meal still has people talking to this day. The passionfruit cake Corelie made was super delicious as well. It was honestly such a perfect night and everytime I find myself in Mossel Bay I am going to Carola Ann's and when I am lucky enough to be there for a friday night dinner, I am definitely making reservations.

Great place to visit with a lot of delicious choices. I tried the slow cooked beef and my boyfriend had the hamburguer and everything was great. Service is really good and it's a quiet place to relax and enjoy your meal. We paid 290 rands for both plates, a beverage and the cheesecake plus tips

Great place for breakfast. Had the vegan vegetable bowl and it was very tasty. My friend had the Banting breakfast with fried haloumi and she loved it. Coffees were great and prices are reasonable. Would give this place 5 stars, but they didn’t have wifi, which we would I’ve appreciated because we are travelling.

This is a very pleasant and cozy environment. the foods offered are delicious and fresh, but without long wait.I strongly recommend that anyone going to Mossel bay invest some time in this bistro.
