Rude staff, and unhelpful. Male teller was so disrespectful. Please do not respond with “send us an email”, because what would that help?

This branch of Clicks is an embarrasment, month after month they do not have insulin, replacement medication. You wait in a long que, to be told they don't hav your medication. The prescriptions are not uploaded and customers have to struggle to get chronic medication at other branches. Pathetic, stay away there.

Terrible service...waited 30min in line at the pharmacy...and only 2 people were infront of me.....terribly slow service

I have been standing in this que at the pharmacy for far too lang. Rush hour and one casher at the back? No man for old folks this is not on!!! #$%#@& HERE I AM AGAIN.....Same story 3 weeks later. No mannn WHATS BEING DONE ABOUT THIS???

Check your plastic bag before you leave the shop - your products might not even make it in there... especially the ones coming from the pharmacy that the cashier is supposed to transact. The store cant handle pressure during busy season - so sad !

I have been waiting almost 40 minutes and so have dozens of others because there are only 2 people working at 7 counters. Still not served And this is not the first time

For the first time in three months my pre-packed chronic was actually ready when I called for it, only to find when I got home that one of the items had 15 tablets short. When I phoned the manager knew all about but neglected to make a note on the package to tell the staff that there are tablets short and to inform me. Now we will wait and see if they actually deliver the shortfall. Shocking organizational skills. Oh and to crown it all my partners chronic was not ready so there, three fails in a row.

Raised an issue about their air conditioning. Management promptly followed up to ensure the necessary action was taken. Thank you for doing your best to keep your clients happy. It’s a breath of fresh air compared to the customer service I’m used to in Cape Town.

POOR SERVICE FROM CASHIER GARTH RAY 21 DEC 2022 17:29. I GAVE MY CLUBCARD TO SWIPE BEFORE MY TRANSACTION. SHE NEVER SWIPED IT AND DID NOT ASK IFF I WANT TO REDEEM MY CASHBACK. SHE COULD NOT SEE THE CASHBACK AS SHE DID NOT SWIPE IT. I ADRESSED THE ISSUE WITH HEADOFFICE.FELECIA WYETH MAILED ME INFORMING SHE DID SEND IT TO MOSSEL BAY LANGEBERG MALL CLICKS MANAGEMNET. TILL DATE NO FEEDBACK REGARDING THIS ISSUE NOR THE CLICKS EXTREME DISHWASHING TABLETS THAT IS NEVER AVAILBLE RECEIVED. U GUYS MUST PICK UP YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE. LUCKILY THERE IS MORE THAN ONE CLICKS IN MOSSEL BAY IFF U DONT WANT CUSTOMERS WE GO TO THE NEXT STORE

A queue of 9 clients and only 1 cashier? After 2 announcements very reluctantly someone appeared, explaing they are short of staff. Then the specials doesn't register at the till and they must check at isles if it is true?

Probably the worst clicks in South Africa. An extremely rude pharmacist helped us around 16:00, and to make things even worse the cashier was also extremely rude. WON'T EVER GO BACK THERE!

The service at Clicks Langeberg mall is pathetic. My Finace had an appointment at 11:10 this morning (14/13/2021) for his Covid-19 vaccine and the lady told him she doesn't have time to assist him today she had other things to do he should rather come back tomorrow. The time slots on their website are all open? Why even book an appointment if they cant assist you +- 20min before or after? Why even book an appointment if he (het words) "doesn't have to make an appointment, he can just pop in tomorrow "????

Pharmacists and pharmacist assistants are very friendly, professional and go out if their way to assist. I recommend this dispencary very highly.

The Pharmacy at clicks is the best. We had a sister B. Du Plessis who assisted us and she went out of her way. Great service!

Pharmacy area are absolutely terrible in service. They take forever to assist you and when they do, they give you incorrect amounts of the medication prescriptions, wrong info on the instructions labels and do not allow you to check what's been given before putting it in a bag. They even give you someone else's medication and refuses to take it back. Improve your services or else you'll keep getting negative complaints.

Nice Clicks. Clean and has everything you need. Excellent pharmacy. Pharmacy staff are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful.

Great Pharmacy. Huge with loads of options and variety. free parking at the mall and easy access. The prices are also very reasonable. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

Why do you have a telephone number on the internet if no one picks up when I phone?

I tried to call the pharmacy department for over 30 min, no answer. I need my diabetic meds they never came back after 2 weeks of struggle. Will never take my prescription there again
