    Very busy shop.. . Well stocked, competitive prices, clean and staff are helpful. Quick tills. Oh yes will be back..

    The pharmacy itself is great but the clinic needs to shape up fast. We visited the clinic as my friend wanted to see someone in regard to a very painfull corn on one of her toes but when we entered the clinic we were plainly ignored by the two receiptionists on duty who chatted away without acknowledging us. We left after a few minutes as we found these two ladies to be extremely rude. I am a huge Dischem fan but will rather go back to my own store in Centurion where all staff are always friendly and willing to assist.

    There are more than 60 clients in the queue and only 7 cashiers, more than half cashiers points is not working. This is not except able, thank you for your attention to this matter.

    Quick question... why does Dischem spend money on creating 18 tills if only 4 tills will be operational during peak times? Super long waiting period in line!!!

    We've shopped here ever since their opening. Prices are good. We have one hassle. There are many elderly and disabled people who get their meds from there but why can't they have a few more disabled parking places. One of the three is actually for moms and tots. Next to those spaces there is a very wide walking area, can we not have a couple more disabled parking spaces. Actually we have now decided to buy our meds at Clicks at Pick n Pay centre because they have 5 disabled parking spaces near to their pharmacy.

    Absolutely impressive service from this branch and the brand! Bought an off the shelf herbal/vitamin product, which after getting home to Mossel Bay and reading the insert, turned out to be harmful if taken with my newly diagnosed medical condition. I emailed Dischem's head office who in turn must have alerted Willyn from the George branch, because I got a call from him telling me I could return the product without any issues to my nearest Dischem branch. No need even to drive all the way back to George. I am so grateful for this kind of understanding and assistance from a big company. And the trouble that was taken to reach out to me. South Africans, I hope you realise what you have in Dischem. Their service and care are outstanding!

    I would give it a 5, except that I know as a fact that the pharmacy staff discuss their customers' medication regiment between the lot of them. It is 100% true (probably like that all over). I thought of complaining to the manager, but what use will that do. He's most likely in on the gossip as well. Unbelievably unprofessional.

    The staff are very friendly and helpful. A Mr. Kanye went out of his way to find out how to assemble a rollator I purchased and give me a quick explanation. Very happy with the service.

    If there was a worse retailer award on this planet. DISCHEM GARDEN ROUTE MALL will 100% win it time and time again. You damage the brand. Invest in capable people and a reliable, working ICT system that are always used as the default excuse. Sad state, shameful!

    My mother was admitted to a frail care placement in George and after four separate visits to arrange a draw-down account, which we loaded up front, today, a week since our first visit we had to go and collect my mother’s medications ourselves. We were told there was daily delivery to the frail care home, and that nursing staff could request medication as prescribed. Absolutely inadequate and unacceptable service

    In a time period I bought aerosoft sandles. The first 2 pairs were very comfortable but after that I bought a pair that the sole started crumbling into small pieces. I throw them away and the next pair also started doing the same now en the last pair hurts my toes so bad I can't walk them in. Not the same quality as before and way too expensive for shoes that doesn't last.

    Today I have visited the store as have I several other occasions. I had to do an size exchange on maternity wear, have not worn as I have not given birth. The lady infront by customer service helped me and guided me throughout the whole process even called the CBD branch to enquiry if they had another size for as they only had one for me. She went back with me and we found the correct size just in different packaging and all were sorted. When I went to the till she directed to me- the lady already arranged for a voucher at the till, once given to me she never informed me that I would need to pay in so I never knew. Eventually once I went to the till the lady told me I needed to pay in R130, I was shook! And I've explained to her but I'm only doing a size exchange so I didn't understand. She told me the price changed and asked another lady RE the situation and the lady told me the same thing, so I asked what must I now do but I'm not paying in. She called her manager and while she waited I explained that I wasn't informed about this because now I'm paying double the price and maternity wear is extremely expensive, if I have to pay that price I just as well go and buy a different one for that price. And they understood, the manager explained to me and they have to restart the system and start over and apologized, I wanted to just take the smaller ones and go home bear in mind I'm 35 weeks pregnant and didn't want to make a fuss. Also mentioned if I knew about this in advance I wouldn't have proceeded and not waisted their time.. Eventually the manager and her two staff members given me the size I wanted for the price I originally have bought, I did not expect that because I did understand what they have been explaining to me but I have to say I was very happy for the effort they've putted in to eventually satisfy my expectations and needs. We can't always be pleased but the customer service were exceptional 👌 👍 👏 😀.

    Chronic medication urgently ordered ealy morning but5t not delivered to home 6 km away all day. Phoned twice and assured delivery today. They now closed.

    Very nice Dischem. Large store with everything you need and more. Very clean, a lot of till Staff. Staff working on the floor is very helpful. Always find what I am looking for. Excellent pharmacy.
