Disappointing
Experience

Delivery
Service
I
tried
using
the
Pick
a
Pay
ASAP
Delivery
Service,
and
unfortunately,
my
experience
was
far
from
satisfactory.
At
first,
I
encountered
multiple
issues
with
the
app,
as
it
seemed
to
be
more
offline
than
online.
However,
after
struggling
with
it
for
a
while,
the
app
finally
started
working.
Despite
this
improvement,
I
am
still
left
extremely
frustrated
and
disappointed
as
my
order
was
never
delivered.
To
make
matters
worse,
it
appears
that
the
service
is
now
closed.
I
find
this
unacceptable
and
it
has
left
me
with
several
concerns.
Firstly,
I
am
unsure
whether
I
will
receive
a
refund
for
my
order
since
it
was
not
delivered.
Secondly,
I
am
uncertain
if
there
is
any
possibility
of
getting
my
order
fulfilled
at
a
later
time,
considering
the
current
closure
of
the
service.
Lastly,
I
am
curious
to
know
if
there
is
any
compensation
available
for
the
inconvenience
caused
due
to
the
failure
to
deliver
my
order
on
time.
I
strongly
believe
that
a
reliable
delivery
service
should
prioritize
fulfilling
orders
and
providing
a
seamless
user
experience.
In
this
instance,
however,
I
faced
multiple
setbacks
and
disappointment.
I
would
appreciate
clear
communication
from
Pick
a
Pay
ASAP
regarding
the
steps
they
plan
to
take
to
address
this
issue,
compensate
customers,
and
improve
their
service
in
the
future.
Ultimately,
I
hope
to
see
a
swift
resolution
to
this
matter
and
receive
the
necessary
assistance
from
Pick
a
Pay
ASAP
to
rectify
the
situation.
