Had the breakfast special. Great value. Our waitress, Asiphe, was very friendly. Honestly, even if I wanted, I couldn't find any fault. Had a steak & chips earlier the week - great service, good quality food and waitress was very friendly. Keep up the great work!

Took 45min for the food to arrive (a small order) and the place was very quiet, and was cold on arrival. Didn't seem as though they really cared too much about it either. Such a pity this was the only option at the casino. Would rather drive elsewhere than go here again.

Phoned 3x to make a booking for my daughter's bday, no one answered so we drove from George only to see a sign up 'closed for conference'. Very sad and disappointed as she chose Bravo after looking at the menu online.

A lesser establishment to say the least. The menu is limited. The food we ordered, although simple, was oily and took a very long time to prepare - arrived at our table in drips and drabs. The waiter obviously forgot a few ordered items but maintained her pose as if they were prepared but just left at the kitchen - it took 30 minutes to correct the issue. They seem understaffed and there is no service after your order is placed. Not cheap and you do not get what you pay for here.

Brunch was delicious and very good value for money. Staff were very accommodating for special requests for food allergies.

When you advertise Chefs Recipe for a light and Crispy Batter and even the Chef doesn't know what a light and Crispy batter is then you either fooling your customers or fooling yourself or maybe you both. Management and kitchen staff should take this seriously. It's a real disgrace.

Terrible service. Waiters and supervisor with a bad attitude. Food on the menu is not available. We waited almost 45 minutes for our drinks and 2 hours for our food. They were more concerned with serving their customers at the hotel next door. Really pathetic.

Attended a show at Bravo Lounge on 6 September 2022. Waited almost a hour for our food. During the show there was a lot of noise made by the waiters - very unprofessional and very disturbing to the artist. Not a good experience!!

Great cold food 👌 Drinks were great. We waited 15min for just a steak knife that the waiter needed to go and search for ! Needed to ask for everything twice. Only thing that was on time is the bill !!! Please train your waiters!!! Expected more from the restaurant.

I was extremely disappointed in your restaurant. Last night, even taking into account that there was a Springbok rugby game on, there was only three waiters on duty. We waited 45 minutes for our food to arrive and when it was brought to our table, the food was cold! This is not the fault of either the kitchen or the waiters. This is just poor management! I walked out without paying for the wine we had. Shame on you!! Philip

Went there for dinner. Food was lovely! My husband had a steak (which he said was perfect -and he knows his meat), father-in-law had the curry (was good) and I had the hake, which was perfect! The staff are all very friendly and chatty. Prices and portions were decent too. They even stayed open late for us and didn’t rush us in the slightest. However this place is slow. We waited to be shown to a table. That never happened. So we sat by a table, that was still dirty from previous customers. Then had to ask for somebody to clean it for us and again ask for menus. But other than the slowness, it’s a restaurant with sweet people and great food! P.S. the playlist can do with some spicing up. The music was slow and old. Maybe something more upbeat.

Horrible experience, service was awefull. Had to look for a waiter to get a menu. Waited for drinks, only received 2 out of 4 , then after some time the other 2. Had to go looking for our food, waiter asked what we had ordered. Received not even a third of the order. Saying the rest would be on the way. After the food we received was done we still haven't received the outstanding food on the order. Asked for the bill twice and then only got it once I said I am leaving. Very very dissapointing would not recommend at all.
