Beware of joining fees, freezing fees, and cancellation fees. There is a fee for everything. Also beware that when you want to cancel and they talk you into freezing your membership instead, when you then decide to cancel they charge you for 2 more months of membership. For a sauna it’s fine, for legit yoga and Pilates, look elsewhere. It’s the same video workout for 30 days straight before a new video workout is released. Disappointed and I definitely will not rejoin after I finish my rehab and PT from major surgery.

BUYER BEWARE ....So I signed up for a membership. First issue was my keyless entry CODE didn't work for 2 weeks. I called and left several messages but the manager there is impossible to get ahold of at times. Right after my second month, I unexpectedly lost my job. I called and spoke to the manager and explained I lost my job and was experiencing a financial hardship. She stated that I could not cancel until AFTER 3 months. Ok, I understood that. That was made clear to me upon signing the contract. No provision for financial hardship. So they are going to get their money. I used it twice I think. The instruction was to call back after the 3rd month to cancel. I did that, but had to leave a voicemail. I left the state of Texas in September. I'm 1000 miles away, so I can't just go in there like I had to do to get my entry code fixed. I would have to look- but every time my card was charged after that I would call and leave another message. Well, I left a nasty message at that point to delete my membership about three weeks ago. The woman called the owner who called me and this guy is a real tool. He told me he was filing a police report for a threatening messag eithout asking me a single question. I'm filing a complaint with Discover today and leaving this for anyone that needs to see it. They fraudulently charged my cards for 3 months and had the nerve to say I didn't follow the correct procedure to cancel. So I asked the owner to send me an email where the manager sent me the instructions with the proper procedure to cancel. So that email doesn't exist. The woman told me she would handle it and didn't. So, BEWARE!!! Might go back to your safe space in California. Free speech is a real thing in the rest of America.... Have a nice day... These people are thieves.pPlain and simple.

Frustrating Membership Experience We canceled our membership four months ago, yet HOTWORX is still drafting my ex’s bank account. Despite him reaching out to Lisa, the owner, the issue persists. It’s disappointing that a place that was once great has become uncomfortable due to overcrowded saunas. According to other reviews, this is a common issue, highlighting a systemic problem in their service quality and cancellation process. The ease of signing up contrasts sharply with the current difficulty of canceling. I wouldn’t recommend any HOTWORX location.

Wow, this place is amazing! Thank you to Lisa, the GM who is running a very impressive hotworx in Gtown. Your staff is well trained and explained everything to me with lots of detail. The entire place is spotless! Thanks again really enjoying the workouts!!

Absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE the staff and this gym. I feel so great after every work out, and the staff is always so friendly and welcoming. They even know me by name. It doesn't just feel like going to the gym. It feels like going to see friends that encourage and check on you and your progress. Feel the burn! Practice makes progress!

I am a new member since December 31st. I paid a registration fee and then I was charged with a membership monthly fee on the first of January, but nobody ever reached out to me about a new member orientation as it was mentioned on a welcome email. So I booked a session and came by but was not able to get in and workout. Why there is lack of communication like that?

I can not say enough amazing things about Hotworx as a workout, weight loss and stress relieving routine for me…. But the Georgetown location is by far my favorite place to go. I have the membership where I can go to ALL of the locations which is super convenient but not all locations are created equal. Lisa, the manager of the Georgetown & Roundrock locations, keeps her studios and staff on a level of perfection, cleanliness and kindness that it’s hard for me to go anywhere else. I drive the extra 40 mins out of my way when I know she’s working. She makes everyone who walks through the door feel special and cares about every member like they are family. Her staff are always smiling and happy to help you which tells me they love where they work and who they work for. The studio is always spotless and stocked with whatever you need from towels in the shower room to extra mats and towels incase you forget yours. I actually look forward to going to my workouts now. I’ve lost 30+ lbs in less than 6 months. I’m sleeping better than ever and my herniated discs in my neck haven’t hurt since I began Hotworx. I highly recommend it especially if you live near Lisa’s locations!

Started the year off by committing to working out 5 days a week at Hotworx! Down 22 lbs! I’m sold for life, never felt better!

Wow I love this place!! I never even knew working out in an infrared sauna was a thing but it’s a game changer. Bookings every 15mins in the HIIT rooms make it easy to work around my schedule. Love the rowing machine 👍🏻 The staff at Georgetown are so nice and helpful. Maddie and Brianna are always there to meet you with a smile and any help you need. The facility itself is very clean and well maintained. Highly recommend giving it a try 😀

I recently moved and will miss this location dearly! I joined HOTWORX on a whim trying to find a fun and challenging exercise routine, and absolutely loved it! This location is extremely clean, the staff are very friendly, and I could always get in touch with somebody at the studio if I had any concerns. Maddie in particular is incredible with customer service. She helped me coordinate my membership to best fit my needs, thoroughly explained the studio’s amenities, and even put a book on hold for me when I was out of town. If I could rate this studio higher than five stars I would. Thank you Maddie and HOTWORX Georgetown!

Hotworx has been a God send to me! First off, the staff at this location are very helpful and friendly. They make it a family like atmosphere! Second, I injured my lower back several months ago and had been going to chiropractors twice a week with zero pain relief. A friend of mine introduced me to hotworx, I went one time and was hooked! My body felt more relief in that one day than I had in months. Ever since I have been a member and have been 90% pain free and the infrared saunas have helped me heal more than any pain medication ever could! I recommend this hotworx to everybody…especially those who have pain in their body!

I want to share how great this concept of Hotworx is in my life… You can come and go freely… You are greeted with the warmest greeting from the front desk always!!!You can work out by yourself and get a full complete workout in under an hour… They have showers they offer hot bike workouts as well as several different Pilate yoga classes… It feels like my second home . For a small price monthly that adds value to your life!

After going to Hotworx for over a month I can say it is well worth the money. There are many classes to choose from and the 24/7 access allows for a workout at any time. Also, the interactive leaderboard makes for fun progress tracking and keeps you motivated.
