It's such a beautiful site to see! I brought a friend, and we walked along the side of the water. We had fun skipping rocks, watching others play in the water, and taking plenty of pictures. Perfect for kids and plenty of seating throughout the park.

Great little swimming hole. Bring water shoes though because the rocks are slippery. Bring a tube if you want to float (recommended!). There's plenty of shaded areas or you could bring your own pop-up canopy.

Love this place. Not sure why it took so long for me to stop over. The water was low, but not so low it was closed yet. It wasn't overly crowded, but I went on a weekday. We did some catch and release, and just floated around for a few hours with kids. It was great. There is also a great trail right next to it.

Our first time to this beautiful park and we will be back. Had always heard of Blue Hole Park but didn't know where it was. This hidden gem of a park is just north of Georgetown and has plenty of parking, nice paved trails and some stunning views. Just down the hill from El Monumento (which I highly recommend) we walked down to Blue Hole Park and it was amazing. Great place for the family, hiking, geocaching and just relaxing by the water. Lots of birds to enjoy as well.

First time here. Beautiful park and really nice water. Too bad some lousy people decided to throw their beer cans here and there. The water is very clean though and the fish are everywhere. Come on a weekday afternoon, few people.

On google it says “closed” but we went anyway and there were a lot of people. You can swim at your own risk. There is hiking trail. There is also trail suitable for mums with strollers.

Great little park with restrooms, trash, parking, and lots of nature! Def recommend for dogs (on leash only) and families wanting to be near fresh water and still have amenities. Note: parking is limited. Easy / flat walking required.

This park is a wonderful place to take the family and your dog for a break from the heat. There are beautiful shade trees over picnic tables for a picnic lunch. Go early to get a good spot & bring a cooler. The restrooms are clean and well equipped.

This park was very crowded. I personally didn’t like the pool. As the water was not clean. Also I kind of had a feeling that this park is not well maintained. It has a restroom but you won’t want to go there. No outside shower or changing facilities were available. The natural view was good. You can visit the park with kids and pets. Can do bbq if brought your own set ups. Cliff jumping possible.

It’s a neat little park with a cool waterfall, and a couple trails too. Not a lot of parking though, so there’s that.

Went in the summer so the water was warm and mossy! Great place to kayak, hike, rock jump/cliff dive or just enjoying a day out on a raft. The water is deep so bring a flotation devise for comfort and relaxation.

I have been going to Blue Hole Park since I was a kid. A lot of improvements have been made to the park to make it family friendly. There park is accessible to the walking and bike trail system. You can fish, nature watch, or just sit and enjoy the scenery. The park is busy during the summer and the parking area fills up quickly but there are other areas to park it will just require a little more of walk which is great if you are there to get your exercise in.

It’s like most everything in Texas these days. Overcrowded. Peoples trash everywhere. Disrespect kids and adults. No parking. Hot. Did I mention overcrowded and filthy? I took a few pics with wide angle lens away from all the people to show how beautiful it could be if the population was cut in half and the weather was about 10 degrees cooler.
