Always professional! I have quite a bit of anxiety having dental work done due to bad experiences in the past. I needed a crown and was dreading it! Hands down Dr Garrett is the best! She and Jana alleviated my stress, communicated throughout the entire procedure and the best part….no pain! Icing on the cake….. she was able to make my permanent crown in house! Dr Garrett and her team are second to none! Thank you!

Wonderful first experience with Dr. Garrett and my hygienist, Taylor! The whole staff was so warm and friendly. Taylor was thorough, quick, and easy to talk to. The office is very nice and modern. The technology they use is unlike anything I’ve experienced before - Dr. Garrott was able to explain to me and educate me on why one of my teeth needs a crown bc of the clear 3D imaging they took. I also appreciated that at the end of the appointment Taylor clearly explained the costs that will be associated with my crown and the next steps for payment/scheduling. After seeing the same dentist my whole life, he was out of network with our new insurance, and I was overwhelmed at the prospect of finding someone new (to the point of missing cleanings). My husband and I both are super pleased with our experience at Germantown Family Dentistry and feel grateful to have found them! Highly recommend!

Dr. Garrett is always so professional. Moreover, she really cares about her patients and makes a positive connection. Even my teeth cleaning was painless. (Amazing because I have sensitive teeth!) I HIGHLY recommend this excellent team.

Dr Garrett is wonderful! She refilled a huge filling that was over 50 yrs. old several years ago. No problems. Everyone is always so pleasant. Taylor was great. Krystal always answers the phone with a smile in her voice. Love coming here.

Overall, it is a well-organized practice. I certainly recommend it. However, I restrained from 5 stars since my visitation was focused on an extraction that needed to be performed elsewhere. I hope they sent the x-ray so I don't have to take another one (and be charged for it). But as the first impression it was positive.

Dr. Garrett is known for cosmetic dentistry, but I have to sing her praises as a healer who truly cares. As a new patient at the height of the pandemic, she diagnosed and spearheaded the successful extraction of my cracked molar. Last year she sent me to the periodontist and my gums have never been healthier. She invests in the latest technology and truly excellent staff/hygienists. I am confident that I'm receiving the best care at Germantown Cosmetic and Family Dentistry!

Got a crown and have to admit I was a bit nervous. But the team around Dr Garrett made me feel comfortable, constantly checked in on me if I was doing okay and made it as pleasant an experience as a dentist visit can be. The entire procedure was 100% pain free. Only once the numbness went away at night was there a little throbbing, which was not bad enough to interfere with sleep and the next morning I already forgot I had the procedure in the first place. The area around the tooth is still a little sensitive, as is expected. But overall this was as pleasant an experience as a dentist visit can be. Thank you Dr Garrett and your entire fantastic team.

Dr Garrett and staff are the best. The hygienist give an excellent cleaning and Dr Garret’s crowns are always perfect, done in the same day. Don’t have to wait for the crown to come back from a lab. She makes the crown herself the same day. Everyone is first class and great. I highly recommend Germantown Cosmetic and Family Dentistry.
