wanted
to
put
this
review
here,
because
I
just
had
a
fantastic
experience
with
this
company.
I
had
a
miscommunication
with
another
bounce
house
reservation
and
realized
less
than
24
hours
before
my
daughter's
party
-
I
had
no
bounce
house.
So
I
found
Blues
City
Bounce
online
and
made
a
reservation
-
a
man
answered
the
phone
when
I
called
to
confirm,
and
I
wish
I
remembered
his
name
because
he
was
the
kindest,
most
accommodating
person
I've
spoken
to
in
a
long
time.
It
was
like
he
knew
I
was
freaking
out
and
immediately
agreed
to
have
the
bounce
house
where
I
needed
in
less
than
24
hours.
Then,
an
hour
later,
the
other
company
called
back
and
said
my
order
was
never
cancelled
-
they
just
hadn't
contacted
me,
so
I
had
to
call
Blues
City
Bounce
back,
and
the
same
man
answered
and
was,
AGAIN,
immediately
understanding
and
told
me
he
would
give
me
a
refund
no
problem.
I
may
not
have
used
their
product,
but
it's
not
often
a
customer
service
representative
makes
me
feel
so
at
ease
and
supported
two
separate
times.
I
will
absolutely
be
using
them
for
my
son's
party.
I
would
have
this
time
if
my
daughter
had
not
had
her
heart
set
on
the
first
bounce
house
we
ordered.
