Blues City Bounce did a great job at or daughters birthday party! The set up and tear down was done quickly and the water slide was very fun. Both employees were great and very nice!!! Will defiantly use them again!!!!

Every experience I have had with blue city bounce has been great. The set up crews are great and punctual. Communication for booking is amazing and made the process easy and pleasant. This is the best company to use for celebrations.

Came an hour early to set it up, was very professional and actually talked to us while setting it up, I’m sure my husband made a life long friend 😂 You really can’t get a better deal or service than Blues City Bounce! We have used Blues City Bounce for 2 years in a row now to celebrate a July birthday. I highly recommend Tom and his crew. They contacted me a few days before to let me know when they would arrive for set up and they were right on schedule to carry it away. The slides were clean and completely functional and the kids - and parents - had a blast!

Our experience was fantastic! They arrived on time for set up and pick up. They were extremely responsive during the entire booking process. Kids and adults played on the 20’ slide all day! Will definitely use them again.

I wanted to put this review here, because I just had a fantastic experience with this company. I had a miscommunication with another bounce house reservation and realized less than 24 hours before my daughter's party - I had no bounce house. So I found Blues City Bounce online and made a reservation - a man answered the phone when I called to confirm, and I wish I remembered his name because he was the kindest, most accommodating person I've spoken to in a long time. It was like he knew I was freaking out and immediately agreed to have the bounce house where I needed in less than 24 hours. Then, an hour later, the other company called back and said my order was never cancelled - they just hadn't contacted me, so I had to call Blues City Bounce back, and the same man answered and was, AGAIN, immediately understanding and told me he would give me a refund no problem. I may not have used their product, but it's not often a customer service representative makes me feel so at ease and supported two separate times. I will absolutely be using them for my son's party. I would have this time if my daughter had not had her heart set on the first bounce house we ordered.
