Sad that I have to put a star for my review.Shame on IKEA Augsburg. On Saturday 28-01-2023 around 4pm I wanted to check sofa’s at IKEA. My son wanted to stay at the kids play area during our shoppWe filled up all papers and I have been asked to show my ID (Eu). The person in charge denied the access of the play area to my child as I could not show up my German registration. My ID is French and my German address is mentioned on my ID. A manager showed up and only asked me to cool down. She realized their mistake but did not excuse and simply left. My wife, my son got shocked to be treated like that. I will raised the complain as it is an insane behavior from such world wide known company. Shame on you

You know that moment when you suddenly need an extra bed and a bigger storage for your socks. And of course an excellent chai Làte on Oat milk with a blueberry muffin. But of course don’t forget the tea towels, candles, and lights.

Pros: - you can get diapers at the Infopoint at the entrance - at the entrance Infopoint you can also get a kid's wood trolley/car or a baby stroller (they are stored under the stairs) - you can leave/pick up the kids from smaland both at the entrance of the store as well as when you go downstairs to the bottom floor (already inside after seeing the top floor). - in the restaurant there is a play corner for kids where parents can eat watching the kids while they play - as soon as you go up to the top floor you can immediately go to the restaurant/kids room area / take the stairs to go to the bottom floor - the stairs to go to the bottom floor have two rails (a normal one for grownups and one at children's height) Cons: - in the restaurant there is cold milk, hot chocolate and german coffee. There is also tea but it's really hard to find (it's inside the buffet) - the drawer with baby bibs at the restaurant is always empty and is not refilled by the staff so it's just for showing - the diaper pail in the nursing/diaper changing room was full and dirty and didn't seem to be emptied often

Best time of Ikea is exactly Now, Christmas time 🎄

Everything what can u imagine ,u can finde there, prices are good, some stuff as quality are not very good and they are very expensive, the kitchen appliances for ex. to much expensive....

It's a very big place and there is a lot of variety. also a nice place to stroll

The employees are so nice they would help you with everything.

IKEA should be famous for the good quality and low prices. Well, the Prices ae not so low anymore.

Everything you needed for a home or apartment furnishing is here. The products are pretty good quality for the price. The restaurant area was good. Germknödel and meatballs was really tasty.

Overpriced, overrated... There are some nice things that you can buy for a reasonable price, but everything else is just... a little bit to much. I find it better to order the same thing for a small anonymous dealer, who tries to break into the market than from IKEA, because, the quality will usually be equal or better. That is just my personal opinion.

It was huge and planned properly where to start how to start and you can get all home requirements items from a to z.

I really like how they put together "rooms". You can really get inspired by them. There are also ideas for different room sizes.

2 things. I hate walking 20 min just to fund a laundry basket. But the products are great. So it's worth it. Plus go burn some calories....

Good option like any other Ikea but no underground parking..It has only open air parking
