Very large and apparently clean practice. Patients are called in the waiting room via a screen on which the full first and last name is revealed (data protection inadequate). You are also asked to take a photo for your patient file "to avoid confusion" when you are here for the first time. Fortunately, this is optional and can be refused. During the meeting I was given very good and detailed advice from the doctor regarding tonsillectomy or tonsil surgery. All questions were answered and the current condition of the tonsils was carefully examined. Dr. med. Bermüller, the specialist who was then called in regarding a question where we weren't 100% sure of the answer, came into the room slightly annoyed and hurt me when I looked at the tonsils a second time, which then started to bleed, which is why I had the taste of blood in my mouth. Although he said “sorry,” it didn’t change the rude manners. When I asked at reception for a confirmation for the employer that I was there, they said that this confirmation would cost €5. For a simple piece of paper that doesn't even cost 20 cents to be printed... something like that is brazen and a rip-off and of course I didn't support it, which is why I went home without confirmation. At no other practice and no other doctor have I ever had to pay money to get this confirmation. Otherwise the practice is ok. You got an appointment relatively quickly and, as already written above, the practice is tidy and spacious.

Besuch 07.12.2022 13:00 Uhr. Terminbuchung auch kurzfristig im Internet, sehr bequem. Termin auswählen Tag und Uhrzeit, Bestätigung kommt sofort per Mail. Wartezeit war angenehm ca. 10 min. Service und Personal sehr gut. Ärztliche Beratung und Behandlung eingehend auf den Patient und gründlich. Vielen Dank.

So etwas von Unprofessionalität gibt es nicht noch einmal! Den Termin hatte ich vor Wochen vereinbart, dieser wurde dann von der Praxis nochmals verschoben. Heute bekam ich in der Praxis die Aussage, dass der Arzt, bei dem ich einen Termin habe, leider krank wäre. Kein Anruf oder Info per Mail! Ich könnte mich von einem Kollegen behandeln lassen aber die Wartezeit würde ca. 2 Stunden betragen.. Auf die Vereinbarung für einen neuen Termin habe ich verzichtet! Wenn ich für diese Praxis - 10 Sterne vergeben könnte, dann gerne!!! Eine bodenlose Frechheit!

Dr. Bermüller operated on my 3 year old son. The surgery went well, but when some complications arose the following day, he quickly dismissed us and said that “he is not a pediatrician, and he has no idea what to do.” Our pediatrician’s office was already closed for the day, so my son was not provided the necessary care.

Meiner Frau wurde als langjährige Patientin kein Termin mit „ihrem“ Vertrauensarzt in dieser Praxis gewährt, obwohl es ihr sehr schlecht ging und geht. 2-3 mal musste sie mit einer anderen Ärztin vorlieb nehmen, die sie nie richtig untersucht und überhaupt nicht behandelt hat sondern nur um Geduld gebeten hat. Eine sich so lange hinziehende und nicht behandelte Infektion und Entzündung (10 Wochen) birgt das Risiko, eine Hirnhautinfektion auszulösen. Diese Bewertung betrifft sicher nicht alle Ärzte in der Praxis, sondern die Summe der Handhabung durch bestimmte Ärzte und durch das sonstige Personal, welches zudem sehr abweisend ist.

Diese HNO Praxis ist super organisiert, freundlich und unkompliziert. Meine Familie und ich fühlen sich dort sehr gut aufgehoben und behandelt. Man hat zu keiner Zeit das Gefühl, dass man nicht ernst genommen oder abgefertigt wird. Man bekommt alles genau erklärt und erhält eine gute ärztliche Beratung. Wir sind froh dass wir bei Dr. Droste in so guten Händen sind.

No trust in (template) diagnosis and treatment! Acute vertigo and an appointment 5 weeks later! No doctor there! (Emergency) appointments only by appointment! Vertigo during the test was ignored: "Can't find anything, you're totally tense, consider your age"! After the hearing test I need a hearing aid! But I'm listening excellent ! Dizziness symptoms continue!

I spontaneously made an appointment with an ENT doctor. I was able to book an appointment online for the same day (yes, probably just luck). I immediately inquired by phone whether the appointment was actually set. That was so; and you can also be reached by telephone. The doctor and the receptionists were all very friendly and I was able to get help quickly. Also a plus for the employee-friendly opening times, appointments are even possible in the evening.

I am very satisfied with my visit there. I didn't have to wait long for an appointment, the practice is nice and spacious. The waiting time in the practice was also very short. All the staff were very friendly and I also felt that I received good advice from the doctor.

If you're a pregnant woman in pain, you've got the A card. I had been trying to reach someone by phone since this morning (8:15). Even the lady from 116117 had no success. Shortly before 12 I was “lucky”. A very unfriendly lady said that it wasn't her fault if the phone didn't work and that I didn't need to cry. There is nothing that can be done. There was also no response to the email from 10:24. If you've been in pain and trying to get a doctor's appointment since 8 a.m., you can despair. It's not like I can just take something. I understand the personnel situation but can't help at all?! All ENT practices are closed this week.

I had an appointment this morning with my one year old son and I was very impressed by the practice and the professionalism of Dr Droste. My son was quickly put at ease and the procedures were completed with no problems. I would highly recommend the practice.

Nach mehrmaligem anrufen und warten in der Warteschleife, bekam ich jemanden ans Telefon. Nachdem ich schilderte das es mir schlecht geht und ich hohes Fieber habe wurde mir 10 Tage später ein Termin angeboten?!!!! Es sollte für Akut -Patienten eine offene Sprechstunde geben. Ich wurde dann in einer anderen Praxis behandelt und mit einem Antibiotikum versorgt.

Als Notfall am selben Tag noch einen späten Termin bekommen. Sehr geduldige und freundliche Stimmung mit zügiger Abwicklung. Nur kleine Wartezeit, obwohl es sehr voll war. Sehr gründliche Untersuchungen, obwohl es schon auf 20 Uhr zu ging. Sehr kompetente und sehr freundliche Hilfe von Frau Dr. Mathias. Sie hat mich trotz später Stunde genau über die weitere Vorgehensweise aufgeklärt. Vielen, vielen Dank.

I visit them last week and after they did all test and check up and pay all costs they asked me to go to Unvirsity hospital and there they repeat all tests and asked you to pay as well So I will recommend all to go to the Unvirsity hospital from the beginning and save time and money
