I
enjoyed
my
dinning
experience
here,
and
I
call
it
an
experience
because
its
was
an
entire
evening,
it
was
a
good
experience.
The
food
was
incredible
a
few
of
the
dishes
served
were
so
simple
but
where
more
then
the
sum
of
their
parts,
the
pig
ear
course
stands
out
in
the
tasting
menu
for
this
experience.
There
were
many
stand
out
courses,
I
would
recommend
if
you
are
eating
with
a
group,
to
have
more
then
one
of
the
drink
pairings,
we
had
one
wine
pairing
and
one
non
wine
pairing,
the
drinks
brought
you
a
sense
of
what
was
coming
next,
but
both
the
wine
and
the
non
alcoholic
offering
paired
very
well
with
each
course.
The
service
was
very
good
considering
the
size
of
the
staff,
the
food
was
excellent.
As
this
restaurant
gets
more
and
more
converts,
I
fear
it
will
be
harder
and
harder
to
get
a
table,
as
the
food,
the
setting
and
the
goals
of
this
restaurant
give
me
the
sense
that
this
is
an
up
and
coming
restaurant
that
I
will
see
in
more
and
more
food
posts.
A
few
helpful
tips
if
you
want
to
venture
to
a
truly
amazing
dinning
experience,
1.
They
cannot
accept
credit
cards
because
of
the
location,
so
it
is
for
the
time
being
cash
only.
2.
Make
reservations
in
advance.
3.
Its
about
a
15
minute
ride,
from
old
town
Heidelberg,
so
plan
accordingly.
The
next
time
i
visit
if
I
can
get
reservations,
I
will
go
with
the
Non
alcoholic
pairing
and
choose
my
favorite
white
wine
out
of
the
cellar,
as
you
can't
go
wrong
either
but
the
non
alcoholic
pairing
went
amazingly
well
with
each
course.
