Ich bin super zufrieden mit dem Eingriff. Von der Erstberatung bis hin zum Eingriff und der Nachversorgung war alles top und ich hatte immer ein gutes Gefühl. Es ärgert mich, daß ich mich nicht schon 6 Jahre früher getraut habe das Thema anzugehen. Es ist einfach eine ganz anderes Gefühl ohne Brille vor allem beim Sport. Mein Fazit: preislich nicht günstig aber jeden Euro Wert.

Very friendly team, short waiting times and still take time for the patient. Making appointments is no problem. Everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful, so I felt like I was in good hands at all times. The laser itself was unpleasant but bearable and my vision is now at 160% a year after the operation. Even the senior doctors take the time to address any concerns and answer any questions. I would choose the Südblick Clinic again at any time :)

I had my eyes lasered in February and can only warmly recommend Südblick. From the consultation to the follow-up examination, I always felt that I was well looked after. ich bin auch nach über einem Jahr sehr zufrieden mit meiner OP. Die Abläufe sind sehr gut organisiert und strukturiert, somit auch super kurze Wartezeiten. Die Mitarbeiter sind nett und ich fühle mich wohl in der Praxis. Auch die Empfehlungsprämie wird automatisch zugesendet, super Service :)

Ein Leben ohne Brille/Kontaktlinsen wirklich unglaublich toll. Die OP verlief super und geht recht schnell und unkompliziert (obwohl ich eigentlich eher etwas Unbehagen vor OPs habe war es gar nicht schlimm). Man kann auch direkt nach der OP klar sehen. Diese Augenlaserverfahren sind wirklich super modern. Das gesamte Team weiß wirklich was es tut und war immer sehr sehr freundlich und verständnisvoll. Das Ergebnis ist perfekt, laut dem aktuellsten Sehtest sehe ich wohl nun 200%! Kleiner Tipp: Einige PKVs übernehmen die Kosten (meine hat es übernommen!). Etwas recherchieren lohnt sich also 😊

Rund um Sorglos - wäre es möglich, würd ich sagen "jederzeit wieder" aber meine OP war erfolgreich und ich brauch keine Brille mehr. Ich vergebe gerne 5 Sterne weil - trotz einer unglaublichen Routine und ich würd schon fast sagen "Fließband"-Abfertigung, aber das klingt negativ und darf so auf keinen Fall verstanden werden: Ich bin immer persönlich mit Namen begrüßt worden, hab mich von Anfang sehr wohl und verstanden gefühlt. Und trotz eben jener "Routine" war man keine Nummer sondern ein Mensch. Ich finde das Augenlaser Augsburg by Südblick hat es geschafft durch Routine und zügige Durchlauf trotzdem eine Verbindung zum Menschen zu schaffen. Ich würde keine Sekunde zögern und hier eine Weiterempfehlung aussprechen! Daher an der Stelle an das ganze Team: Mega - ihr seit klasse! Macht weiter so - ihr habt es geschafft Routine und Menschlichkeit in Einklang zu bringen.

Personal abgesehen von den Ärzt:innen sehr freundlich! Leider hatte die Ärztin nicht erkannt, dass mein rechtes Auge eine Vernarbung hatte, die bei der Operation zu Komplikationen geführt haben. Während der OP viel auf: irgendwas passt hier nicht. Ich war komplett unter Schock. Die Behandlung des rechten Auges wurde abgebrochen, links war sie schon vollzogen. Ich musste mehrere Wochen mit teilweise behobener Sehstärke leben. Nach mehreren Wochen wurde das rechte Auge mit einer anderen Technologie korrigiert. Ich hab auch extra noch nachgefragt: trockene Augen und Pollenallergie? Kein Problem! Von wegen... Ich habe bis heute (2 Jahre nach OP) extreme Probleme. Ich sehe Schlieren, Halos, kann nachts nicht Autofahren, rechts ist meine Sicht weit nicht bei 100%. Bei einer Nachuntersuchung müsste ich sogar noch 80€ extra zahlen. Von Südblick wurde ich nur von Termin zu Termin vertröstet und es sei "alles ok". Ist es nicht!! 4000€ weg...

I felt comfortable and in great hands from the first minute. The staff is extremely friendly across the board and takes their time :) I never had to wait long. All examinations were very thorough and I ultimately decided on laser surgery. The best decision! The operation went wonderfully, was super quick, painless and I could see much better straight after!
