Organisatorisch läuft der Laden einfach nicht bzw. ziemlich schlecht! So sollte ich bereits vor Weihnachten letzten Jahres aufgenommen werden, weil es mir so mies ging. Mittlerweile haben wir Anfang März. Okay in Coronazeiten ist vieles schwieriger- das hat inzwischen wohl jeder irgendwie, irgendwo, irgendwann zu spüren bekommen. Aber ich rufe nun schon seit mindestens Dezember immer wieder auf dieser Station an. Dann ist die Ärztin nicht zu sprechen & ruft nicht zurück, dann ist Teambesprechung, dann ist eine Gruppe, dann ist die Ärztin auf einer Fortbildung und nicht im Haus, dann ist Übergabe, dann ist die Stationsleitung nicht zu sprechen oder in einer Gruppe oder gerade anderweitig sehr beschäftigt und so weiter und so fort... Ständig dort anzurufen und zu hoffen und wieder enttäuscht zu werden kostet mich viel Energie, die ich eigentlich für etwas anderes brauche! Ich werde jetzt nicht mehr dort anrufen und so darum kämpfen, Hilfe zu bekommen, sondern versuchen, mir anderswo Hilfe zu suchen. Mir geht es halt nicht dann mies, wenn die vielleicht eventuell nach Monaten irgendwann einmal einen Platz frei haben oder bereit sind, mich aufzunehmen!

In dieser Klinik wurde ich auch nach Abschluss nicht fallen gelassen und habe die meisten fortschritte gemacht. Corona machte es für alle schwierig aber nicht unlösbar. Die strenge verstehe ich da ich selbst erlebte wie einige sich trotzdem nicht an Regeln gehalten haben und heimlich einkaufen waren. Ich kann die Klinik nur empfehlen wenn man vom optischen absieht und wirklich interessiert ist das sich was ändert und bessert.

Nach Jahren war ich wieder da & es hat sich absolut nichts geändert Station O40. Immer noch das selbe Verhalten an Patienten, die nicht der Gesundheit dienen. Vorallem die Erkrankung Borderline sehen sie bei allen Patienten gleich, dabei hat Borderline viele Gesichter und müssen nicht bei dem anderen Patienten auch vorhanden sein. Wenn ich könnte, würde ich 0 Sterne vergeben! Beim ca. 20-minütigen Vorgespräch auf der Traumastation O52B (Hs. 5) wurde ich sofort abgefertigt und auf meine Ängste/Zwänge reduziert. Die meiste Zeit hat der Arzt gesprochen, sodass ich nicht einmal die Hälfte meiner Anliegen thematisieren konnte. Da kam er schon zu dem Entschluss, "ich sei nicht traumatisiert genug für eine PTBS", obwohl meine Therapeutin sogar eine komplexe PTBS bei mir diagnostiziert hat. Ich musste dem Arzt erstmal erklären, dass ein jahrelanger emotionaler Missbrauch sehr wohl eine Traumafolgestörung nach sich ziehen kann. Der Arzt wollte nicht einmal den Befundbericht meiner Psychologin lesen, da er der festen Überzeugung war, dass die ambulanten Therapeuten nicht die ausreichenden Fachkenntnisse besitzen, um eine PTBS zu diagnostizieren. Er sei ja Experte auf dem Gebiet und hätte entsprechend mehr Ahnung, daher würden ihn keine Vorbefunde interessieren. Er bot mir schließlich eine ca. 4-wöchige stationäre Diagnostik (Wartezeit ca. 6 Monate) sowie alternativ ein Vorgespräch auf der Angst- und Zwangsstation an, was ich beides ablehnte. Eine Traumatherapie käme für ihn eher nicht in Betracht, da diese auch nichts an meinen Ängsten und Zwängen ändern würde. Wobei ich mich frage, wie diese sonst besser werden sollen, wenn sie eindeutig aus den Kindheitstraumata entstanden sind und durch Verhaltenstherapie nicht weggehen. Da muss man meines Erachtens an die Ursachen ran! Nach dem Gespräch habe ich mich echt gefragt, ob es sich hierbei um einen studierten Mediziner handelt. Absolut unseriös und von oben herab! Ich finde es eine Frechheit, dass man sich als Traumapatient ständig beweisen und rechtfertigen muss. Zum Glück gibt es ja noch genügend andere Kliniken, die sich besser im Bereich der k-PTBS auskennen. Auf diese Klinik kann ich wirklich verzichten!
