Cooked quickly, the order was collected correctly. The only problem was with paying by card in the order machine. So, so far so good - better than other restaurants of this branch in the area

How often does my review get deleted? bad service, dirty floors and unmotivated staff.

I got zinger menu. Sandwich was ok but i got almost cold fries. I asked for new one so they start to prepare them. That's what i tought. After 5min i was Still waiting for my fresh fries. I asked one more time (they act like they forgot) so after another two minutes i finally got them. But taste was same. I let them know about it so the answer was: "U can go to McDonalds" so i did. I highly recommend to avoid that place.

I like how the branch is, staff is friendly and the manager Hiederr was amazing person. He guided us through coupons which we did not know, we were really satisfied with the service, I will come again here when I come Frankfurt again, food was amazing!

They literally hold in their hands old cold as ice pommes and give it to you. They also put some taliban music on so you can eat in peace

Nothing matches the KFC in Prague as far as all the German KFC outlets are concerned. This one was a pure let down. The staff seemed very kind and polite though. Too pricey for nothing! I’d recommend the McDonald’s next door.

Did not get what I ordered. Very expensive!
