Transphobic psychiatrist Dr. Strizel. Can't stand me because I'm always "late" because I'm always on hold, and then says "Now your time is up, I can only speak badly about you in your report on gender incongruence, they're not like that a great patient." The staff was definitely not sensitized or trained. As an autistic trans patient, I am always the last priority, even patients who came to the practice after me are ahead of me, even though I wait hours. Also actively and intentionally addresses me as Mr. and “the man/he,” even though I have been registered as a woman since 2018. As soon as I complain I should look for another practice. Edit: There are no problems at all with my new psychiatric treatment. I also now had the GaOP, which Ms. Strizel didn't want to tell me was necessary. Despite this, I'm feeling better mentally than ever before, and have been for months.

The Mr. Dr. Kraft is a very good, competent and friendly doctor. The staff are also friendly. Unfortunately, telephone availability is poor. It takes a long time for someone to answer the phone. It is therefore advisable to get an appointment or prescription in person, or by email. It is easy to get to the practice using public transport and there is also parking on site. The Praxus rooms are very modern and friendly.

I wouldn't even give it one star. What I experienced in practice today is impossible. I had a regular appointment. Due to a mistake made by the helper, Ms. Strietzel abruptly informed me that she didn't have time. I wouldn't have been there for a while and would have had to have a new appointment. She has an appointment herself and can't do anything for me today. Miss Dr. Kraft would then treat me as an "emergency". After repeated questions and incompetent answers from the helpers, I left the practice after 45 minutes. After years of working in a practice myself, something like this wouldn't have happened to me! Rarely have I experienced something so incompetent and unfriendly. Both doctors hardly smile at all and scold their employees in front of patients! Never again, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

He used to be a really good doctor, but unfortunately he isn't anymore. The home visit (for my grandma) has now been canceled/postponed 3 times. I wouldn't be surprised if the 4th visit is canceled/postponed again. Even one star is too much Edit: The 4th date was also canceled, as one might have guessed. All you can do is shake your head. Am Dienstag per Mail um einen Termin gebeten, da ja telefonisch nicht erreichbar. Sorge wegen eventueller Thrombose geschildert... Reaktion = 0. Am Donnerstag nochmals eine Mail geschickt, aber auch da kam keine Rückmeldung. Klinik oder Vertretungsarzt sollen nur im Notfall aufgesucht werden. Was aber, wenn man kein Notfall ist? Was bleibt einem dann als Patient noch?

Receptionists never answer the phone. I have been a patient at this practice for more than 10 years now and for 10 years this family doctor has hardly ever been reachable. Worst reception ever but a very friendly doctor

Catastrophe! I was in the practice on December 27th and urgently needed a prescription that couldn't wait. The internet said it was open until 1 p.m. and no more patients were being admitted before then. When I asked to give me a prescription quickly, a very unfriendly, short-haired employee simply slammed the door in my face. Never reachable by phone.

Tried to call around 20 times within 3 days to confirm an appointment, which was arranged for me through 116117, but without success. Either all lines were busy or no one answered. When I showed up at the practice for my urgent appointment, I unfortunately forgot the transfer, but I had the appointment confirmation and my transfer code with me. I was sent away. I called 116117 again immediately afterwards and they couldn't understand what the practice was doing. It's incomprehensible to me how you can refer a patient who has an urgent appointment. Now I have an appointment with another doctor where I don't have the code on any referral because it was given to me over the phone. Funny how it can work so easily...?

The practice is simply great! Dr. Eberhard Kraft is not only very competent, courteous and friendly, but also human in every sense. That hardly exists these days! There we are taken seriously, we are listened to and, most importantly, we are always helped. It's a shame to hear or see that bad reviews are given due to occupancy or waiting times. After all, a proven practice is also busy, which speaks for the quality and competence. We have not had any bad experiences with this, on the contrary, not only Dr. Not only Eberhard Kraft, but the entire team there is putting in a lot of effort. When it comes to friendliness, you always have to “handle yourself” because everyone knows that friendliness is always a matter of give and take, and that says it all. The top priority is competence and reliability, which should be greatly appreciated.
