I brought two very delicate, golden necklaces. One of them I tore up and they fixed them perfectly. Cleaned them too. I’m super happy with the work they did! Would definitely recommend!

The work carried out, displayed excellent craftsmanship and it was completed very quickly. A few people have complained about the service but I honestly think they simply could not look past appearances. The gentleman in the store was very friendly and an excellent professional.

In the past I once brought an Armani watch to Préstige Juwelier which had been mistreated and nearly broken at another jewellery place in Berlin (when just exchanging the battery). The owner of Préstige Juwellier managed to fix the situation. Now I took five golden jewellery pieces to Préstige Juwelier, they´ve started to break down and change the colour here and there. Also I´ve had the colour changed from white to yellow gold on a pair of earrings. It was all done within a week and I love the result! - I wish I could post pictures here. They look amazing! Better than when I just got them! :-) And I feel save now wearing them, because little wholes were lasered close so that I don´t risk losing the pieces as much. Great! I am very happy.
