Worst door guy.. Worst customer service. They got lot of attitude for no reason, we waited for 30min outside the door, it's ok for me to wait outside the door, but the door man attitude was horrible and judgemental. We got fed up and moved outside, soon after that he let others inside in seconds, we asked him why, we were waiting for long why did you do that, he slammed the door on our face telling if you don't want don't ever get in, we didn't even say we didn't want to get in. That door guy acted like as if he is the founder of LOUIS VUITTON. Pathetic people. I never felt this bad from any shopping brands. No where in the world door man will be having this much attitude. This was really worst experience of all. 29th September at 6 in the evening time, that door guy remove him from job, he doesn't deserve.

Would be perfect if you have not to do long lines to buy. It could be an strategy to get in only customers who will buy, but also if you want to spend your money make no sense to make a line (some times hours) to give away your money. About the quality, there is no thing to say, best quality for a luxury bag.

I love the bag but the customer service is horrible. I was told not to touch the bag on display while waiting for the bag that we got for my birthday. Really poor customer service. That guy just turned my supposed-to-be great night into a not-so-good night. I've been through tons of Louis Vuitton stores and this is the first time I felt judged because I am Asian. I won't go back here and definitely would not recommend this store to any one.

Who doesnt love LV??? It's one of my happy places. I went to investigate having my wallet repaired. The staff was very helpful in that department....in the end, the wallet isn't worth reparing. It'd be cheaper to buy a new one. I didn't, of course. I did check out colognes, and I could only get one sample. Boohoo on that. I will be going back to get a passport cover in classic monogram sometime....soon, hopefully.

I've been to this store three times and had a great experience each and every time. I was pleasantly greeted and served well each time. The only reason I give it four stars is the selection and the difference I experienced between this store in comparison to the Flagship store on the Champs-Élysées. This is not a bad thing, just simply a reality. On my first visit, I came in to look at a couple pieces, possibly a purse as I had just purchased a wallet at the Flagship store on the Champs-Élysées the weekend before in Paris. I was promptly set up with a lovely Sales Associate (SA) who was kind and brought me the bag I wanted. She entertained some other options but I decided on the bag I initially wanted. The SA was very kind, made me feel comfortable and she has helped me each time. I wish I still had her card but she is a beautiful women with blonde hair, my apologies for not remembering her name. I've bought a handbag, two belts, and two ties from this location and I, along with the recipients, have enjoyed our goodies.
