😐 So I've never experienced anything like that. I have an appointment at 2 p.m. and I'll be at registration on time. Since I am a new patient, the whole thing takes about 10 minutes and I am sent upstairs to register in the waiting room. There I can listen to “Mrs. xy, her appointment was at 2 p.m.” i... People often mention appointment,

My mother was in the dermatology department. It's not easy, but she was happy with everything. No matter whether it was doctors or nursing staff. You always have to expect a longer waiting time, especially in a large clinic like Ulm. We all want to get the best treatment and doctors need time for that. I am an MFA in a clinic myself. And when patients ask every 5 minutes when it will finally be their turn, you lose patience. When our chief physician is called for an emergency caesarean section, many patients have no understanding. As one calls into the forest, it resounds. You should think about it

So when I look at it, not much has changed over the years... I had an appointment at 10 a.m., I was there at 9:30 a.m. and waited until 1 p.m.. The receptionist (registration) was unfriendly, you can't get a picture! After asking several questions at the base, I was told that the file was with the doctor. They would be there soon. On the second question, there were nitfalls because I couldn't see them because I was waiting in the hallway. People who came 2 hours after me got their turn before me! I advise everyone against this dermatology! The hospital management lets this happen but doesn't really do anything about it. Since nothing has happened with the reviews 3 years ago. What am I making an appointment for then?! I don't understand! I wouldn't give it one star if I could!

Rarely have I seen such unfriendly and ignorant people as hospital staff. Patients are treated like cattle at reception.

I called in the evening because I had suffered an attack of neurodermatitis, which pushed me nervously and painfully to my limits. The lady on the phone answered with a clumsy “Hello?!”, without a name or anything. After I greeted her back, she yelled at me that she had already said hello three times. It's not my fault if she forgets to answer the phone or whoever else she wants to talk to. After I failed in my request and after the whole phone call was very rude, she ended the conversation with "then I'll just forward you (emergency room) if that's what you mean"...... 1. YES, of course I mean it like that?! ?! 2. I understand that workers are needed everywhere and that hospitals can be really stressful. But whoever pulled the woman out of the “I’m generally in a bad mood and have no cunning for people” box would have preferred to leave her there. It's terrible. DEAR PEOPLE, if you are looking for a social job, then be social!!!!

Unfriendly staff. I came with a rash all over my body. I was asked why I didn't go to the doctor - it was simply unbelievable.

Hello. I suffer from xanthelasma. And my dermatologist referred me to dermatology. It would have to be treated either with laser or surgery. I was literally refused treatment!!!!!!!!! Since it was an IGEL service (self-paying), you didn't know how to proceed with it. Or to what extent you are then liable for the patient. As if I were the first self-payer in the history of the clinic. Simply unbelievable! Now I'm forced to look for doctors on my own who would want to treat me...

So I've never experienced anything like that. I have an appointment at 2 p.m. and I'll be at registration on time. Since I am a new patient, the whole thing takes about 10 minutes and I am sent upstairs to register in the waiting room. There I can listen to “Mrs. xy, her appointment was at 2 p.m.” in an unfriendly, didactic tone. I then briefly tried to explain that I had registered on time. However, no one here is interested in that and I am told “you have to know that you have to be there much earlier than the actual appointment”. This is new to me, plus I'm working and can't arrive the day before, which is how they apparently had to handle it here... (warning: sarcasm) As far as the medical performance is concerned, I can't make a precise statement yet, but I had a pretty good impression. In the end I was treated more kindly, which is why I'm improving my rating to 3 stars.

Appointment at 10:30 a.m. After the lunch break at 1:30 p.m. my name was called. With the nice lady in front of me who was called after me, we had been waiting in the waiting room since 10 a.m. Even a simple dressing change for a patient for 10:00 The plan was then at 1:45 p.m. The best. It took another hour to take the photos

In my ranking score of baselessness and impudence, dermatology at the University of Ulm has catapulted itself to number 1. My eyelid eczema, which had already been treated with cortisone, developed into dermatitis during therapy. Getting a timely appointment with a dermatologist is unthinkable. I came outside office hours - which are not stated anywhere. Unfortunately I was five minutes late. The admissions secretary just left. Nothing at all. I work in the social and medical fields myself. But dealing with “patients”. Leaves a lot to be desired. I had unpleasant and unfriendly contact with the staff both in patient reception and at the “base”. Ultimately the dermatologist stopped by and told me as she stopped by in the hallway that she couldn't treat me because I wasn't an emergency in that sense. Not an issue either, but she could have saved herself the comment: “If I’m honest, I don’t see anything either.” If you don't look, or even do a physical examination, you can't see anything. There is still one star. Because the unfriendly employee sent me a doctor who was at least friendly and she at least took the time to go from top to bottom to stop by.

What do you have to do to get a simple antibiotic if you have contact dermatitis on the face and neck? What you can see straight away is that I'm red as a tomato and I have bloody, inflamed areas on my face. Apparently dermatology in Ulm generally sends emergencies like this away, they don't give appointments here, my dermatologist has to do that. Although shortly beforehand, 2 employees, independently of each other, informed me when I was registering that I would get an appointment at the base on the station and that I already had a referral from my doctor with me... It was strange, especially, that it was even written on a sign for me would still be sent away... Just sad
