First time try. Nice and helpful staff. Well located in the center of Wiesbaden. Bought bath bombs as a gift. Personally I never tried Lush before. Will keep you posted.

I had the BEST time stopping in here after a quick lunch with a friend. We were greeted immediately and offered to test some new products for the spring line. Alex, took his time to cater to us, and explained the ingredients and benefits of the new scents. He also went over proper care instructions, which will preserve our products. We weren’t planning on making any purchases but we both walked out of there that day with bags full of new favorites. All of the staff at this location are pleasant and knowledgeable, but Alex made us feel like queens on our lunch break. It was truly the height of our day. Good music, better vibes. Stop in for a dose of positive energy and superb customer satisfaction when you get the chance!

Lovely shop, great variety of Lush products and fantastic customer service. The sales clerk switched immediately into English when talking to my partner and knew exactly what to recommend to me based on my preferences. I am definitely coming back.

Wonderful shop and wonderful and friendly service. All the sales clerks speak very well English and are very friendly. Also very friendly to children. They let my son drop a big push ball in the sink and it was such a nice experience. We ended up buying lot of nice things :)

great stuff just expensive, everything is hand crafted, Love to buy more just good stuff just costs I guess.

Be warned, the smell of all the soaps will blot out your sense of smell. You won't be able to really smell your purchases until you get them home. It's all amazing though so don't fret too much.
