5 stars are not enough for this fantastic service. We have been to Mr. Schwaibold's shop over the last few weeks to have watches repaired, jewelry valued and rings adjusted. The price/performance ratio is unbeatable and we were served with so much respect, understanding and patience - you don't experience something like that every day. My grandmother is really incredibly satisfied and only raves about her shop. Thank you for your great service and if something ever needs to be done again regarding jewelry, we know where to go.
