I fall in love with this place from the very first sight, no way to visit frankfurt without taking a coffee or tea from this great place ever. The smell of the coffee cover all over the street The Workers are friendly and helpful and professional, i wish to visit again.

The coffee is very good! Go there and have their decent espresso! Why 2 stars? Well, while my partner was ordering coffee for us, I wanted to take a picture of the nice looking selling point they have and the lady at the counter (taking the orders for coffee) told me that no pictures are allowed. Sorry, what?? In what era do we live and what do you mean I cannot take a picture of a place that is not a museum (even there you can take pictures without flash). Overall, I would like the owners to have a discussion with the Middle-aged, blonde, soviet lady at the counter, because it was obvious that she just wanted to practice the old indoctrinated belief of “ what are you doing here? What are you taking pictures of?” etc… On top of that, pictures posted in reviews are necessary, that is how you get the most guests. Would someone go to a cafe that does not have pictures online and no reviews? Generally, disappointed.

terrible attitude of a clerk I recommend here to my sister who visited to Germany for a holiday. There were many kinds of beans. So, she try to find the information with her smartphone. At that time, a clerk yelled at her not to take a photo. She explain she didn’t take a photo in English. And another visitor who was behind her also explain she didn’t do that in German. But, the clerk never apologized about his fault. Even, the clerk keep bad mood. When my sister pay for the beans, the clerk threw the card paying machine in front of her. I strongly recommend here if you want to ruin your mood.

Frankfurts Kaffee-Institution.

This little store invites you with its freshly roasted coffee smell. The ambience takes you directly to a time in which small businesses, focusing on one thing at a time, did their job passionately and knew what they were doing as opposed to all the mass/chain store experience.

No need to say that they have a great coffee, just read the below comments. But there is one thing I must comment on: This very light and not-so-sweet banana/caramel tarte might be one of the best cakes I have ever tasted in my life. Punkt!

A hipster coffee purist would hate this place. They pre-grind the coffee and it sits in a silver bowl where they take 2 scoops, do not distribute at all, tamp in the air, and then pull the shot. But, the coffee is as it should be...it's is good, and it's fine with me if the hipsters stay away. It is nice local place for afternoon cafe und brötchen. There is also a very good selection of beans to buy.

Was amazing! One of the best places for a coffee. Really good size of drinks. Good variety of different types of coffee. Drinking in or take away possible. There is always a small queue, so be prepared...

Excellent coffee shop in Frankfurt with reasonable price. Strongly recommend to enjoy the coffee at Wacker's Kaffee. I bought some roasted coffee bean for family gift. They enjoyed.

Wacker Kaffe is a small cafe serving good coffee. Not your latte art style, more European but the black coffee is pretty good. They sell some pastries, coffee products and also beans from the roaster. Staff are super friendly too.

Guter Cappuccino.

Really good Breakfast. We ordered the German Breakfast which comes along with Croissant and yogurt as well. The entire plate was fresh and delicious. Staffs were friendly.

Go to coffee shop in the Frankfurt area. Perfectly roasted without the char taste we get at Starbucks in America. So nice to have a complex and smooth coffee each morning. I'll likely order some beans to be shipped to the US for a treat.

Weight your coffee beans before you open it! Got 20% coffee beans in a sealed bag less than it should be. Came back to shop, they refilled some beans still less than it should be. This happened sometime ago.

Wacker’s specialize in coffee and cakes. If you’d like either of the two do stop by!

The only and the best coffee shop in Frankfurt! This place really is the bees knees. You can find so many different types of coffee and amazing sandwiches for breakfast. Then for snacks there are grey cakes! The prices are also great and they do take away coffee too! Go here!!

Coffee was good indeed. Quick service (very busy place). Difficult to get a sitten spot. They have a wide choice of beans and machines.

Local coffee shop located not far from walking street. Lots of beans selection to choose from. Not a specialty, but more like a traditional coffee shop.

Lovely spot! The whole street smells like coffee because of this place! And it is very packed and tiny so you may not find a spot to sit even outside so be ready. The dessert I had was a bit pricey to be honest, my coffee tasted obviously good and it was around 1.70 euro not bad I suppose, but it was a bit cold although they had just made it. They also freshly grind coffee beans and there are a lot of options if you are interested. I can't say it is a 5 stars out of 5 for the prices but I feel like I will be going there often. Just to chill and have some coffee in a cozy atmosphere.

The coffee shop is a cute little place that mostly sells coffee and chocolate and has a small seating area in the back. My friend and I dropped by for hot chocolate and were not disappointed! We both needed to add sugar since it was otherwise too bitter, but once sweetened, the hot chocolate was very good. The servers and cashiers were friendly and we even got treated to a piece of delicious nut flavored dark chocolate while we were there :) There's also a small clean bathroom next to the seating area. The cafe closed at 6/18pm when we were there so that was a bit disappointing but I got the feeling that it's a family run business so understandable why they would close it at that time! Overall, highly recommended.
