Overall only an okay experience. We came there to celebrate after a special occasion. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was the panorama bar they advertise on their website, only to find out that they had exclusively rented it out to a corporate client for our entire stay. When we brought it up, all they said is that we could have known because it says so on the signs in the lobby. Which doesn’t really help when you book online a week prior. The room itself was nice, though by the time we checked out water started leaking from the ceiling - enough to flood the entryway of our room. When we told them we didn’t have a great stay for the reasons above, they did nothing. I would have expected better service or some kind of compensation at a supposedly 4 star hotel. The thermal spa doesn’t come close to other spas we’ve been to and has a strong public pool vibe. Main-Taunus Therme which is close by is definitely the better choice. The only saving grace was the food which was really good! Overall not a great experience and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a nice stay. Not sure how they got 4 stars…

Excellent service and the staff was quite helpful in that our German is not good. The water park area and Sauna was great, not to mention the gym, though keep in mind nudity is mandatory in the sauna area, but you can wear a towel for modesty if you choose. Another nice touch is one can go outside ones room and immediately get a cup of coffee. I highly recommend !

Fine hotel but unsympathetic service. Staff didn't seem to care about the guests' experience. There was a company off-site for which they reserved the entire bar and told us we couldn't use it even though we were also paying guests and the bar was part of the reason for choosing the hotel. Other 4-star hotels might compensate for this with a drink at the restaurant or something but not here. On the positive side, the food was quite good.

Lock up your stuff. The housekeeper stole my purple samsung earbuds. Wait staff at the restaurant, not amused by loud Americans. Sauna/spa - we tried out the European bathhouse style of sauna, steam room & hot tubs. Yelled at in german for bringing in a towel to cover where my naked butt was sitting. Panoramabar was the best part of the hotel. Great service & a fun way to end our long days of adventuring.

Very clean, good baths and saunas, decent food. Little bit hard to reach by public transport.

One of the best hotels with this value-price we stayed in Germany. Spacious and clean rooms. Hotel suggests special bag with towels, bathrobes and slippers to visit the terme which is included in the price. Very good complete breakfast was included as well. The parking with the discount cost €7 per day.

Hotel is superconvinient with direct entrance to the spa. The best place for relax is the sauna place next to the thermal pool. Breakfast is average.

Great hotel, great food and great Therme. Only the AC in our bedroom was very loud even though we turned it off during the night.

This is a nice all in one Spar hotel in the Main Taunus Kreis. You got everything you need to enjoy your free time. It's on the northwest side of Hofheim am Taunus and one can easily access Frankfurt town or Airport in a matter of minutes.

We enjoyed our stay a lot! We booked the sunday deal through their own website (recommend!). The room is very clean and spacious. You get a wristband to enter your room and the other facilities (pool, sauna, gym) which is very convenient. Bath robe, towels and slippers were available in the room. The only thing missing in the room (in my opinion) is a small fridge. The pool was a bit busy in the afternoon, but not too crazy. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant (a la carte). The waiters were really friendly and the food was delicious! Prices also super reasonable for a hotel restaurant (our total was around € 90 for two people and three courses). The breakfast buffet was great, a lot of variety. Eggs and omelet also available and baked fresh. Will definitely keep this hotel in mind for any future stay in Frankfurt.

We had a great time, it was just beautiful. Room was very nice and clean. We had so much fun at the spa, the only complaint is that the spa personal was not really polite

Pros: good food, comfortable beds, spacious bathroom, each room has a balcony, nice pool. Cons: room cleaning (they only straighten the duvets and no clean towels). And the doors are very loud. I know that most hotel doors close automatically but these are so loud that they woke me up several times. Wi-Fi: we paid extra for Wi-Fi all through the building but we didn't need any code. So why pay extra?

We stayed overnight at the Hotel and spent the day at the sauna. The hotel was very nice, the room was clean and modern, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Dinner at the restaurant was excellent. The sauna area was excellent and very relaxing. There were many different types of saunas and a steam room. Our favorites were the sea salt peel in the steam room and aroma sauna. We definitely plan to return again at the end of the summer, this time for two days.

We stayed at the hotel a few times when we visited family in Hofheim. The hotel is exceptional in many aspects. First of all, the hotel itself is an excellent 4-star accommodation. The staff at the front office and the restaurant is nice and courteous. The breakfast buffet is a blast. If you book a room, you can also use the thermal baths and the fitness center. The swimming landscape I would rate decent - at least independently from the hotel. But as an addition to a hotel, it is almost ridiculously good in size and quality. The latter I would consider a premium gym. It has adequate size and very good equipment (e.g. Concept2 rowing machines and a power cage for squats, bench-press etc.). It puts many, if not all gyms, located where I reside, to shame. So, in conclusion: I will definitely come back and enjoy another round at this excellent hotel. Thanks to the staff once again!
