Ich habe lediglich etwas im Online-Shop bestellt. Der Bestellvorgang und die Lieferung waren sehr unkompliziert und schnell. Eine Rückmeldung von mir an den Shop, welche sich auf den gelieferten Artikel bezog und von dem ich etwas enttäuscht war, wurde sehr unfreundlich und oberlehrerhaft gegenkommentiert.
