Joining this club was an amazing decision! Every time I visit, it feels like visiting a friend's house. The owners welcome every newcomer and ask how they are doing :) Additionally, the instructors are caring and highly skilled. I am very pleased to have started kickboxing! <3

I had a fantastic experience at this gym. I was in Munich on business and wanted to train one evening. I stopped in and was immediately accepted. Training was very good with an emphasis on solid techniques of mount escapes, Americana defense, and takedown. Of you are eve in Munich stop by this gym. You won't regret it!!

Started 5 months ago from zero, and have been loving it. Instructors are great, and all the people are very respectful. I'm doing bjj and everyone makes sure you are comfortable and they are very careful not to injure you, I always feel safe in class.

When I turned up for my first training, I was warmly welcomed and immediately felt a strong sense of community and mutual respect that accompanies that. As someone who finds regular gyms boring and often lonely to spend time in, the Hutton Academy really ticks those boxes for me, as well as having very good training and teaching. I’m looking forward to each new lesson and learning more each time, as it is very satisfying :) I always go home with a smile on my face!

Dropped in to train jiujitsu while on a business trip. The professor was knowledgeable, and everyone at the school was welcoming. I would recommend to anyone looking for a place to train.

I train BJJ in a different city and dropped by the Hutton Academy when I was visiting Munich. Right from the start I felt welcomed and safe in the environment. Everyone was very nice and helpful, the technique was explained well and level-adequate. The rolling was very respectful and fun. In the end, we even took a picture together :) I really hope that I'll be allowed to visit again, I had a great time.

Went here for Luta Livre training when being for several days in Munich and would totally recommend it. I felt very welcomed and had a great training session. Hope to visit this gym once again some day

The 1 Krav Maga lesson i took part in deserves 1 star, unrealistic techniques especially for lighter people like myself. I saw 3 girls walking around barefoot in the changing rooms and the toilet and then stepping onto the mats, i also didnt see as many flip flops as people, hygiene should be priority number one, i had staph infection before and its not fun, since then its the first thing i notice in a gym. I give 3 stars becase i didnt try their BJJ or Kickboxing lessons, maybe they are better. The mat area is big and nice too.

Hello i am stupid, Sowwy☹️☹️☹️ The Gym has: •Great Trainers. •Very informative and educational classes. •Expensiv but fair prices •Many Trainers. •Enough classes to cancell any regular Gym subscription As a BJJ white belt, I have to say, us students, we haven't learned in training how to change a light bulb yet. We are still trying to figure out Mount control. Improvement points: •The aMount of Bald coaches should equal out the hair splendors of the students. Therefore we need more Bald people. ■The gym could use some more pretty women in order to increase the fear factor P.s. : My advice on the Mount Control problem is KneeonStomach I am probably going to be PUNished tomorrow for this HONEST review. Very good place if you are just visiting or for long staying. Coaches are so friendly and willing to explain in detail even in English!, the environment is cool and always with respect. The installations are super comfortable and clean. After 5 years I can tell that the new professors maintain the team motivated and with a very good level.

I live Munich and have decided to train here. I do the Luta Livre and bjj class and I'm delighted with it. The mats are great and clean, the training is top and the trainers have lots of experience and know what they are doing. Highly recommend!!

I’ve training for a few weeks Krav Maga and Jiu Jutsu, since trial day they make you feel like you’re part of the gym, they’re very friendly and easygoing. It’s the best if you want to start in martial arts, do exercise or just drain some steam. Even if you don’t speak German, they make their best effort to help you understand. It’s a lot of fun for me too, I highly recommend this place to step out of your normal routine and try something different and who knows, maybe what you learn here can one day save your life. Thanks for all the teachings so far!

Professional training with a variety of classes Krav Maga, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Kickboxing. They also offer one free trial class. Language is also not a barrier, trainers speak English. Note: Entry is from the basement, direction signs are also there.

Cannot say enough positive things about this gym. The professors were exceptionally welcoming, kind, and knowledgeable. That goes for all the athletes I met as well. If you’re looking for a wonderful jiu jitsu training experience in Munich, Hutton Academy is by far your best bet.

A great place to train and meet amazing people along the way. I've been a member for over a year and a half and have to say that everyday I go to class I feel very welcome and walk out with the feeling of having achieved and learned something new. The instructors are very attentive towards their students and precise in their direction. On top of that, there is a big variety of different fighting sports one can try out and train in, made accessible by the team to anyone who is interested.

Awesome experience! Coming from the states I didn't know what to expect, but I was welcomed in like one of the family. I don't understand much German, but the instruction was clear and concise; my training partners were very safe and knew how to flow, and the facility is clean and includes showers. Great experience and I'm very appreciative for the training opportunity.

I have been training BJJ for around 6 months and have had only positive experiences. It is a very friendly gym, since the first day and as a new person you are welcomed and looked after. The atmosphere is relaxed, friendly and respectful for everyone. All of the instructors do a really good work in sharing their knowledge. Besides that, the trainings are fun and the other members of the gym are very nice.

It’s amazing place to learn bjj, and I love the atmosphere! Even I was here for 4 days, all people here were nice to me! If I come back Munich, I will be here 100%!

The BJJ trainers here preach technique and don’t hesitate to get down on the mat to demonstrate any move or position. Easy to train with either English or German. For beginners, most of the lesson is spent learning technique, but the brief sparring at the end will make you feel like you got a good workout.
