😠 Unfortunately, the lady at the patient reception was an absolute catastrophe. I wouldn't want anyone to have to get to know this lady as an emergency patient. Absolutely terrible and cruel, the woman should look for a new job because she absolutely doesn't belong there. The nurses were quite stresse... People often mention doctors, clinic, staff, husband, sehr, doctor, friendly, nurses, time, good,

Great clinic, very friendly and nice staff, doctors and nurses always try to read the patient's wishes and help them. You should expect a little waiting time, but that's completely normal. Very good operating room, with wonderful results, pleasant and quiet atmosphere. Anyone who has problems with their ear, nose and throat area is welcome to come there at any time and will always receive a friendly welcome. Even on December 24th. I can recommend this clinic to everyone with a clear conscience.

I saw Dr. at the end of August 2021 for tongue cancer. Schraven underwent a successful seven-hour operation and therefore of course had very positive experiences with the Otto Körner Clinic. Not only with my surgeon, but also with the ward management, the doctors and, above all, the two doctors and the nurses and the nurse in ward 1. They all contributed to me being able to recover so quickly. Mr. Lachmann sewed up my tracheostomy so well that the scar is almost invisible. Overall, I felt very comfortable in the clinic. In my opinion, a few organizational problems could be improved (constant change of treating doctors in aftercare, for example), but overall the Otto-Körner ENT Clinic is highly recommended. The photo is of the room I stayed in for two weeks and which I called "Sunshine Suite #6".

The woman with long black hair at the registration desk is an absolute disgrace. That's absolutely not possible. I haven't experienced anything so unfriendly in a long time... It's a really great feeling to have your 2-year-old operated on. Luckily the doctors were the absolute opposite.

I had surgery twice, December 2023 and February 2024. Preliminary discussions and examinations were thorough and well organized. The procedures went smoothly and the stay was also very pleasant. Many thanks to the entire clinical staff. I felt very well looked after.

Yesterday I was preparing for surgery with my daughter. I can't say anything negative at all. Everyone was very friendly and nice right from the start. Very helpful. As a child you feel like you're in good hands - everyone takes care of your child. I'm thrilled and I can't understand the previous comments at all...

(Translated by Google) I had been in the emergency consultation 2 days ago. The symptoms were ear pressure and ringing in the ears. The treating doctor looked in the ears and did an ultrasound. He found nothing, other symptoms were not discussed. On the contrary, it was remarked very condescendingly, maybe going to the dermatologist or changing the perfume or the pillow. The end of the song was after I got an appointment with an ENT doctor at short notice today; Hearing loss on the left side, hearing ability 30%, both tubes are closed, pressure equalization is no longer possible. I really don't have the words to actually say anything positive about it. The doctor's behavior and his "diagnosis" defy description.

I met great and amazing people in a week. This primarily includes the staff at all wards. Whether specialists, surgical preparation, operating room, day clinic, anesthesia, ward staff, scientific area, cleaning staff or catering, I have always found an open ear when needed. Time was taken and explained in detail. From the first day in the day clinic until I was discharged from ward 1, I always felt comfortable and in good hands. The staff is nice, accommodating and always up for fun. The clinic was opened in 1899 and has a unique charm. Anyone looking for specialist expertise, peace and time for recovery is in good hands here. I look forward to the following dates. LG Christian 6710752

After a vestibular failure that caused me to vomit frequently, I visited the emergency room of the ENT department of the university hospital, where I was helped very well by the friendly staff of nurses, carers and doctors. Unfortunately, it is unfortunate that there were many patients at the time - while I was waiting - who confused an emergency room (which is there for acute cases) with a doctor's office. They endured long waits to have their ears cleaned, which ultimately resulted in acute patients having to wait longer to receive treatment. Therefore, I ask those people who have their ears cleaned on a Saturday or Sunday to please change it to a weekday in the future and have it done in a doctor's office.

I think everyone was very friendly despite the long wait. You're in a hospital where emergency patients come along, so you should have a lot of understanding. My daughter was operated on and got through everything well. I think the doctors and nursing staff are very nice. Would come again and again!

From the first examination, the preparation for the operation to the operation, everything was very well organized. Many thanks to EVERYONE, including senior physician Dr. Strüder, the nurses, anesthesia, etc. Keep it up, even if it's definitely not always easy.

I can only give this clinic 5 stars and everyone deserves it. I received a referral to the ENT clinic from my local ENT doctor. I could no longer hear in either ear after a flu infection. Despite being referred, I had to register as an emergency patient. A bit complicated, but that's definitely due to the complex bureaucracy in the health system that everyone has to follow, otherwise the clinic doesn't get any money. Mr. Lauterbach should roll up his sleeves and take action to dismantle the huge bureaucratic monster. I waited for about 15 minutes and a doctor picked me up from the waiting area. She carried out various examinations and then explained to me how to proceed. A doctor then carried out the procedure and there was immediate improvement. All the nurses were very nice and the doctor Th. M. and the doctor Mr. J. were characterized by competence and empathy! The clinic would be well advised to keep such specialists at the clinic. 👍🏻

Now at the end of the year and just before Christmas, my husband received one of the best news of his life. Which the ENT clinic plays a huge part in. After his bad diagnosis in the summer, his treating doctors were immediately at his side with the tailored plan in mind. Even when my husband said he needed more time, which played against him, everything was prepared according to plan and he was given the option up to an hour beforehand to cancel this immense operation. My husband decided on surgery and in Rostock. Everything felt good beforehand and everything turned out to be true. From the listening and competent doctors to all the immensely caring and empathetic nursing staff, everyone was always there for him. He was always told that everything was going excellently or very exceptionally well according to the so-called medical plan & therefore the interpersonal relationship was also very good because my husband felt that he was being properly cared for. However, at a certain point in time, my husband decided against certain medical treatments, which was immediately accepted by the doctors after a clarifying discussion and "of course we will continue to walk along her path together and will always be there for her" were the words he used. The nursing staff, every single one that my husband had to deal with, was so wonderful. Since my husband couldn't do anything for the first few days after the operation, you made his life so much bearable, always friendly, very kind and almost always quite funny . It was refreshing and extremely helpful to know that you were always there, that we could come to you with anything and that you explained everything to us 10 times. A thank you at this point is not enough and, above all, is far too little for what you do in a caring but above all interpersonal way. My husband and I take our hats off to you with the greatest respect!!! A thank you also goes out to these doctors who, for us as laymen, have incredible medical skills, which saved my husband's life. There are no real words for this. Except thank you for choosing this exact profession!!!! I would still like to complain about two things that have nothing to do with the staff. The food is not good, it is not conducive to truly recovering from this poor diet. Nutrition always plays a big role but even more so in the healing process. The second thing is the toilets, because there are no separate toilets for each room, which is very unhygienic, they have to be shared with visitors in the hallway. These are both areas that must/should not be clarified behind the closed doors on the other floors. For my husband, the medical, surgical, nursing and interpersonal aspects were important and we are both very, very grateful for this and will never forget it. Thanks.
