    There’s a difference between exclusivity/ luxury and very bad customer service. I waited 2hours, no one attended nor spoke to me in the meantime (at least keep me updated or offer some drinks?). I finally get the item I want (well sort of, had to settle for half a size too big) and while standing at the cash desk they tell me they can’t sell it to me after all. They didn’t make any efforts to fix the issue and didn’t seem to be very knowledgeable about their job and process at their store either. Could’ve at least saved me some waiting time by listening to what I was there for from the beginning.

    Worst customer service EVER. You wait to get into the shop, but then cannot touch anything and cannot buy unless through a sales assistant. The next sales assistant is available in 2h!!! That is a joke particularly if you want to buy something that is not a standard item and need it quickly as a man as a birthday present.

    I bought my shoes yesterday there and upon asking the SA about after care services and material he responded with :” i have no idea i just started to work here”. I am really disappointed of the service here. He couldnt even find a fitting shopping bag and gave me a smaller one where the box is out of it 😨😒 really really disappointed. If you want Hermes quality dont come here.

    Great store and service. There was a small wait and during that time we were offered water/coffee. The associates did a wonderful job helping my wife purchase some sandals.

    Now I see why there were so many one stars in the recent reviews.. it’s not the product but the sales crews working there. I was there June 18th around 1pm and the man who greets/asks the purpose of visit at the door didn’t bother looking at the customers in line so the door guard had to tap him. Then while I was talking to him why I visited the store, a salesperson approached him and they started chatting and he quickly lost his attention again. I just left there and I’m sure he didn’t even notice me leaving because he was still talking to the colleague. Hopefully Hermes provides better retail experience to the customers.

    Writing this review with disappointment regarding my recent encounter at Hermes. The customer service was remarkably sluggish, with an agonizing wait of over an hour. It felt as if we were inconveniencing the staff by merely being in their store, they did not offer us water or any drinks either, as if they were grudgingly fulfilling their obligation to sell their products. There was an apparent disparity in treatment, where the white customers received preferential assistance despite arriving much later than us, while we, colored customers, were left waiting. We made attempts to reach out for help in purchasing an item, but our efforts were met with utter disregard.

    Really rude customer services especially the two ladies(one young Caucasian and one old Asian) in the reception today. It feels like you have to beg to just queue, and also judge people by their skin color. I have never been treated this badly in a luxury brand boutique where sale assistants would roll her eyes towards a customer just because she asked a question. For a luxury boutique where you would spend thounds of money, the sales here really need to re-learn what are customer services. For the same amount of money, if you visit stores like Dior in the same street, you will be treated much much better.

    Big store but everything you ask, the answer is: not available LOL Really crazy. They don’t want to serve Arab nor Muslim people. They forgot that we made them and we can destroy them. We own our money.

    Extremely poor service from the SA. While the personnel waiting at the door are friendly, they can’t do anything then to let you know your queue and serve you drinks while waiting, and only when you ask for it after waiting g for almost 2 hours. Then the SA came with a black face and no smile, telling you the bag you wanted is unavailable - after waiting for almost 2hours in vain!

    Bring a lot of time. It is almost as if you need to beg them on your knees to be allowed to buy something. Incredible waiting time. At least the sales lady was rather polite.

    Waited for about 40min but no body care to attend to us. FYI, the staff at Hermes Berlin were so friendly and helpful, but the items we wanted were out of stock there, hence, tried our luck in Munchen. However, the service was totally unacceptable! It's amazing Hermes or its group does not have Code of Conduct or ethics policies to cascade down to (or train) all its staff in particular those client-facing employees in this 21st century? Anyway, we decided to walk out after long hour waiting, though upset, the world is still beautiful without Hermes 😀

    Very BAD service!!! I was yesterday there and wanted to bought something. I tried to ask some of the sa for help, but all of them ignored me or answered with a very bad attitude. An asian young woman even rolled her eyes and walked away, when my mum was trying to talk to her. I would never buy anything there again. Worst service I have ever experienced.

    Worst service shop ever, the attendant told us to come back in 1-1.5 hr to register for the queue again. Never visit any Hermes shops with this bad experience before in any countries.

    The service in the shop is unbelievable bad. While waiting for a free employee to be served nobody even offeres drinks. I was in this shop only to take away a booked shoes. I waited to be served one hour. After my complain the store's chef came up to the reception and said to the recetionist in a very low voice, that she is going to have a pause and "let this guy 15 - 20 minutes more to wait". Then I said to the customers, who wanted to enter this shop that they'd better look for another shop due to the very bad service. Onla after that the chef started to speak with me as if I did sometnig wrong. 5 minutes later came an employee and did everything what I asked (ATTENTION!!) during 5 minutes. So, management kept me mote than 1 hour waitig to solve my question in 5 minutes. The service management of this shop is the worst which I have ever seen in any boutique shop in the world.

    We had an official appointment at hermes boutique yesterday and we were so lucky to be assisted by Mr. Mark Ofosuhene. He was so friendly and helpful and made our experience in the boutique the best we’ve had so far! We came today as well and although it was so busy and he had many appointments he was happily answering our questions whenever he was free. It was a pleasure dealing with him. We look forward to visit the boutique next time.

    0/5 I had a bad experience while shopping for shoes. Although there was a slight delay in getting the pair I wanted, the staff told me it will be available the next day “lunched tomorrow “, However, I noticed the shoes marked as new were already on the Hermes website from a long time ! It would be great if they could enhance communication and ensure accurate information. 😊

    Very elegant shop in Munich's Maximilianstraße. I've been a satisfied customer for years. The entire sales staff is very polite and courteous. My long-standing advisor, Ms. Stojanovic, always gives me excellent advice and gives me an extremely pleasant shopping experience. Always my pleasure !

    We wanted to try 2 pairs of shoes, they said to me that we must register for an assistant, I’ve registered and after that I wanted to go and come back after 2 hours, but they said that I have to stay 1.5 hour in the shop and waste my vocation’s time and wait for an available assistant. Horrible, they don’t respect their customers!

    Pricing and return policy does not make any sense. Bought and returned a pair of shoes in September, ordering in a different size at the same time. New pair arrived in January with 8% higher price tag. It was explained to me that prices increase every year, but if I had bought in November it would still be the old price due to Christmas pricing. If it were not for the present, I would have decided against the purchase.

    Lucky to have sales rep Nader to assisted me! He is the best in Hermes around the world! My wife and I shopped Hermes in JP, TW, HK and LA before. No place better than here! I’m Taiwanese but I feel Nader has greatest service compared to other places! I definitely come back again in the future!

    The sales receptionist are rude and absolutely look down on the customers. They judged you based on how you look and offered your slot to those that come after you. They asked you what you are looking for at the check in and could easily have told us that they don't have what we wanted instead of making us wait one hour for nothing. Absolutely disgusted at the rude and condescending sales receptionist.

    Here doesn't have much leather goods including accessories. I only purchased silk scarfs. It's better to go early or make appointment ahead. There are many people in the store. However, the sales provided really good service to me.

    Had the best experience in this boutique! Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. While shopping we were offered coffee and drinks. I want to personally thank Mrs. Dong Shanshan she assisted us and answered all our questions enthusiastically.

    I went To This Hermes on 29th of September. I regret That I never Went To This Hermes Before As Their Staff Is Super Professional And Friendly. I personally Was Assisted by consultant Miss.P who helped Me Out To Get Orans For My Sisters She was Very Polite and Helpful.While waiting i was also Offered Some Water and Coffee.Another Thank You and see You soon for some More Shopping

    MY LUCKIEST DAY EVER! i got my first hermes bag here. Not in Paris not in other city. I don’t know why some of you had bad experiences here. But maybe i’m the luckiest. They came to me in 30mis and asked me about what i want :). I looked up to the belt section and the SA was very very nice to me and really patient with all my questions about all products. After we looked for belt than we looked for a H watch. Sadly i couldn’t find the watch. I told to SA i’m very upset than she told me to check about some bags downstairs and she brought me the HerBag 31 🥹. I was shocked when he gave me the bag. I don’t even on the reservation list. For all of you please talk to them very details about what you want. I’m really sure they will help you with their service. Good luck 🥰🥰

    Thanks to Alex(Sasha), I have a super good experience in this store. He is patient, enthusiastic and willing to consider for customers and give sincere suggestions. Although I didn't meet my “dream bag” this time, I still decided to take a pair of shoes and a cashmere scarf at the first second when I tried them on - they are both "must-have" items in my eyes, beyond my expectations… 🥰 I hope you will meet Alex and have a nice experience in Münich Hermès Store too.     I went to this store to shop with a co worker and we waited almost an hour to be assisted. Once we were helped we learned that there is a lot on display but not for purchase. I am not sure if this is a ply to get you back but if you have a motivated shopper I would think the first rule of sales is to help satisfy them 100%. Many of these places want the US dollar but then treat us as if they are doing us a favor. Also if you are a minority it is even worse. I had to laugh at their ignorance because they thought my co worker who was shopping had me as their lackey. Yet she actually reports to me!! Don't assume who you think is the superior in a relationship. It was a complete turn off for me and happy to spend my money in Versace or Louis V.. Having personnel wait an outrageous amount of time and the sizing them up is just DISGRACEFUL!!

    I came to Munich with my girlfriend for vacation. The Hermès store here is very nice. It was quite busy that day but they offered champagne and coffee so it pretty good with the waiting time. The sales assistant was very helpful and showed us different products.

    Firstly, welcomed with a smile and very polite sales associates, explaining there’s a waiting time and someone will be with you. Secondly, most amazing, friendly and sweetest people Sasha & Clement so so unbelievably helpful. Fast and efficient in everything as we had a flight to catch! You made our shopping experience so enjoyable and pleasant. Thank you so much for welcoming us in your store. It is the best Hermès store I have visited and my favorite. Even if there is nothing available they are still very welcoming and accommodating. They both do their very best to make you smile and we truly appreciate it. We will definitely be passing by to say hi next time!
