Smp
for
fue
scar
concealment.
Previously
left
a
better
review
straight
after
final
treatment,but
realise
now
that
this
was
a
mistake.
was
bombarded
with
compliments
on
final
day
of
treatment,
which
persisted
throughout,
to
then
be
told
to
leave
a
5*
review
right
after
leaving
the
clinic,
well
their
compliments
certainly
did
the
trick,
and
my
confidence
felt
restored,
but
diminished
almost
as
quickly
as
the
ink
faded.
Along
with
all
of
the
smudged
ink
on
my
scalp.
Poor
assessment
-
during
the
free
consultation,
no
explanation
of
the
procedure,
or
what
results
to
expect,
very
rushed
into
leaving
a
deposit.
Maybe
a
clear
indication
that
my
technician
really
didnt
hold
the
skills
necessary
to
perform
my
fue
treatment.
I
asked
what
experience
he
has
and
had
to
prompt
the
questioning
during
the
initial
consultation.
All
of
this
should
have
been
told
to
me,
was
then
told
to
simply
check
instagram
before
and
after
photos.
Which
by
the
way,
don't
prove
what
experience
any
of
the
technicians
have
neither
do
they
demonstrate
any
clear
portfolio
of
the
technician,
so
straight
from
the
get
go,
I
was
feeling
apprehensive.
However
after
having
been
given
some
generic
reassurance
from
them
I
decided
to
pay
the
deposit.
Poor
collaboration
between
the
team
-
sent
lots
of
messages
and
photos
of
head
after
the
abysmal
consultation
in
hope
of
putting
my
mind
at
ease
and
feeling
confident
that
my
technician
jack
would
give
me
my
desired
outcome
-
later
found
out
that
Baz
admin,
receives
all
of
the
messages
and
that
Jack
my
technician
had
not
even
seen
these
-
what
exactly
is
the
point
in
offering
whatsapp
chat
to
ask
any
questions
or
concerns
relating
to
the
treatment
-
if
the
technician
performing
the
treatment
doesn't
even
see
these
?!
I
made
some
suggestions
on
having
entire
back
and
sides
done
with
smp
due
to
the
fue
scars
nearly
covering
the
entire
back
and
sides
of
my
head.
Wasn't
acknowledged.
This
would
have
given
the
best
and
most
balanced
outcome,
and
if
smp
was
darker
than
my
normal
hair
colour
then
I
could
have
simply
dyed
my
hair
on
top.
My
technician
should
have
also
advised
me
to
cut
my
hair
short
before
each
procedure
-
this
is
simple
logic
-
as
applying
smp
to
a
base
scalp,
would
have
meant
more
precision
onto
the
scars
and
then
could
have
grown
my
hair
over
top
of
this,
giving
better
density.
Even
the
boss
Lukan
was
surprised
when
he
seen
the
length
of
my
hair
that
Jack
was
applying
smp
to,
and
said
"so
you're
not
going
to
shave
his
hair
down
no?".
But
this
question
was
quickly
disregarded
in
the
same
way
all
of
mine
had
been
up
to
that
point.
Lukan
no
offence
but
I
think
you
need
to
deliver
some
refresher
training
for
fue
cover
up.
I
have
all
of
the
whatsapp
messages
to
show
a
lack
of
competence,
most
recent
one
was
when
asking
about
my
touch
up,
being
dismissed
straight
away
and
told
the
areas
look
fine,
questioning
what
outcome
I
expected
with
my
hair
now
shaved
short
-
when
I
told
him
I'm
unhappy
with
the
result...the
message
back
was
"slightly
confused
on
the
objective
as
the
tattoo
is
designed
to
make
the
scalp
look
less
apparent
but
with
a
skin
fade
the
scalp
is
apparent
anyway
so
it's
a
bit
difficult
to
completely
camouflage
the
scarring
whilst
maintaining
the
appearance
of
the
scalp"
And
that
is
just
one
of
many
badly
worded
and
contradictive
messages
from
LGS
birmingham.
The
message
strikes
me
as
being
abit
odd...
Seeing
as
though
you
advertise
smp
as
being
able
to
replicate
a
shaved
head,
so
surely
smp
could
be
added
to
scars
to
replicate
a
shaved
head
also..?
Nope
wrong
-
the
smp
is
black
ink
so
if
you
are
fair
haired
there
will
always
be
a
mismatch
-
hence
the
reason
I
had
suggested
them
to
cover
entire
sides
and
back
So
now
basically
they're
telling
me
that
they
cannot
camouflage
the
scars
when
the
hair
is
cut
short.
If
I
was
told
this
to
begin
with
I
would
have
saved
myself
alot
of
money.
Avoid,
and
go
elsewhere
for
fue
cover
up.
Go
to
people
who
are
willing
to
listen,
willing
to
put
individual
needs
first,
and
who
have
better
experienced
technicians
who
can
deal
with
fue
cover
up
the
correct
way.
