Great selection, just what you’d expect from a shop like this. Very friendly and helpful staff who really know their suits. Wide choice of all sorts of clothes, and the staff is friendly. Was dealing with returns - no complaints about that either. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

More staff than customers, female staff seems to have one job: to chat with each other. When the customer wants to check out, they seem very annoyed. 4 female staff at the checkout, all talking to each other, only one doing checkouts. They also bump into the customer while chatting with each other - basically doing everything but working. They seem like their free time would be pretty good spend there, they just need to get rid of the customer and they have a nice, chatty cafe.

Let's start with the good things. Huge fashion store in the center of Duesseldorf. Four of the the five floors are dedicated to women's fashion. You don't have to wait long at the cashier's desk as there are enough in the whole building and you can leave 5 minutes after you are decided on your shopping. PuC as they call it, used to have a great selection, especially in the premium sector. Nowadays it seems they have scaled that down quite a lot and brands like Armani, Burberry, Zegna, etc are not available any more. In general a good store and place to shop, but if you are looking for exclusive/premium brands you are better off at other places.

Mr Jonas is a staff at the 4th floor (Men's Clothing section). I'm really happy to have met him when I visited this place in early November. He saw me struggling since I only understood English, and then offered and helped me throughout in finding the clothing that I was looking for. He is really a honest and dedicated staff and is able to converse in English very well!

Very bad shopping experience! I am really feel this shop treat customer with racist eye! I chose the clothes and wanna take to downstairs cashier to pay, as same floor is closed, suddenly the shop clerk loudly shout and let me stop ask me Where to go. I say go to cashier to pay it. She take the clothes, and stick a sticker on the clothes and give me the part of the sticker and ask me to pay it in the cashier, then take the clothes. When I come to the downstairs cashier, I give them the sticker, They said I need to go to first floor cashier desk. I ask them if all the customer need do like this. They tell me NO. They also don't know why. I do can take the clothes directly go to the cashier to pay it. So this shop, I think their management have the big problem and from this point personally I think this shop business running future near to end. From my side, I feel it filled with racist atmosphere and discriminate.

The best place for shopping in Dusseldorf. One young lady helped me on the 4th floor for a jacket. Very polite very helpfull and smiley. The best service by far in clothes shop ever had.

A year ago , before Christmas, I bought this bag. I rarely used it, because there are many different other bags. I didn't use it at all, in the summer. Here's what happened to it A year later, I want to emphasize that it was used, maximum twice a week. You see the quality in the photo. cost 160 euros.

Huge store with lots of various brands. The prices are a bit higher than regular stores, but you can still catch some cut prices on sale periods. Just be sure to be patient as there is a lot of stuff to go through.

The problem with companies like this is that when all goes well you don't get a true feel of how they will support you when things go wrong. This time things have gone wrong and their service is impossible. One of the packages delivered was missing an item listed on the packing slip. I am current €‎200 lighter for a product I paid for but never received and their customer service is impossible to deal with. No responses to contact, and when you finally are able to get in touch over the phone, the advisors are unable to help. They do not follow up or follow through on the actions they promise to take. It has been nearly two weeks since my first contact and I have no idea on the status of my request. As such, I have had to dispute the transaction through the payment provider instead. It seems this is the only way to make sure you get your money back. I will never order from them again, and would recommend others to do the same. I'm sure there are plenty of companies out there that offer similar products for similar prices, but offer better support when things go wrong.

Everytime I shop here, I always have the feeling that the staff is not happy to work especially the people in the Kasse. They do not even smile and they talk to you in a rude manner. They do not speak English, so I talked to them auf Deutsch, but the manner was still the same. I will not recommend or shop here again.

Very bad service. I shopped online and they send it via DHL. Now they did not give proper delivery instructions to dhl or what I have no idea but the parcel went back to them. Now they again asked me to repurchase without refunding the money yet. DHL has never issues to find my home , for this particular parcel strangely they started having problems. Very fishy.

Very terrible experience delivery time 2-4 working days .But up till now I haven't received it.i will never order from you again...stop sending USLESS emails.

Terrible service. Worse then Primark. For the prices in that shop, the staff could actually help the client to put unwanted clothes away. Instead I got a lecture on how to clean up after yourself. Needless to say, left without purchasing anything.
