Ms. Yarar was the most amazing sales associate that I have had the pleasure working with. She honored the price of the online price, and she went above and beyond while scheduling my delivery. I do not speak German but her English was so good we were able to communicate. I truly appreciate her amazing customer service and assistance. This one experience makes me want to come back and use the customer card she also got for me ! She deserves 100 stars 5 is not enough!

Great choice, very competent and friendly staff and the cafeteria is just what you need after making all your purchases! So nice to come here and not be rushed and really they do have almost everything you need for the house and garden in terms of furnishings. I bought a table and four chairs here and the quality is top class, this is well worth a visit and I should mention full facilities are here wheelchair accessible and very clean toilets 😊😊😊😊

I am extremely disappointed to write publicly . I bought Vitrine and TV cupboard, exhibition pieces with installed led lights, which have not given to me when I opened the packet at home, Three times I asked for for the led lights they denied to give me . All exhibition pieces were with LED lights , as per the promise made by salesperson I bought it , I feel misrepresented somehow and this was my last purchase from this shop .

We had a nice experience here when purchasing our dining set. A little more expensive than IKEA, but the quality is worth it. We caught a 50% off sale, and paid about 650 euros on our dining room set. They take the VAT form.

It’s a nice store with a good collection of things for home and work. Some of the things bought—especially furniture—didn’t prove to be all that durable, and hence probably not worth the money. One of the feet of our couch broke within their 2-year warranty period. The customer service was kind enough to send a replacement. Well, it shouldn’t have broken so easily in the first place. But when the situation arose, they stood up and took care of it. Not everything is flimsy though, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Very bad service!! We orders some Chairs around Mid-october 2021 and were supposed to receive them around 1st week of December. After multiple calls and many Emails that we wrote trying to find out were our order was, eventually we received an email around the last week of December saying our order has been cancelled and they'll simply refund our money!!! That was such a disappointed...also not the only time we had problems with mömax Delivery!! Around the beginning of 2021 we bought a sofabed from them and it took them around 20 weeks to deliver it! We were told it'll take maximum 4-6 weeks to deliver the item!!

This place is like a copycat of Ikea. They have everything and I meant everything of variation to Ikea products. They pricing is good for the quality you're getting. If you don't want to deal with the craziness and crowds at Ikea, or even want to see if there are other options to consider from Ikea; try this place

The prices may look reasonable but there tricky the sending fees are half the price of the product you buy l dont recommend the shop.got disappointed when l wanted to buy a cloth wardrobe at this store it costed 299 euros and l gave up on buying it when they told me the sending fee for a cloth wardrop is 100 euros which is half the price of the item l wanted to buy and for just having it delivered without puting it up and to a distance of just 10 minutes by car and within Germany this seemed like a joke .However there things are nice and have a wide selection of house hold items.

Great new store. Need more time in the store to write a better review. However it had interesting products. It seems like a store where plenty of new and soon to be discontinued furniture and accessories. Some products are priced to take out of store as is. Was only in the store for an hour with a specific focus.

I want to especially highlight the consultant named Bashir for his responsiveness and professionalism.
