There is no McDonald's culture at all. Staff didn't even say hello to us. We ordered hot chocolate, they charged us other drinks for higher price and didn't make proper change.

We wanted something easy for the kids to eat and nothing too bloating at 7pm so we chose to go to McD's before our evening at the luna park. The portions when compared to the UK were a lot larger then I thought. The large meal I ordered was more like an XXL. The kids menus was similar to the UK which the kids loved and a wider choice of drinks. We used the sit down service where the food was brought out promptly. I noticed that the bacon was missing from my burger and when I told the member of staff, a NEW burger was brought out not just the same burger with bacon shoved in. There is plenty of seating inside and out, and a drive-thru available too. There is also a play area for the kids.

I recently had a disappointing meal with a limp and tasteless salad, accompanied by an overcooked, dry burger. The salad lacked freshness and the burger's quality was below par. A forgettable experience overall.

Yet another McDonald's fast food restaurant. The restrooms 🚽 were not in a very good condition. The toilets were only partially cleaned, the smell was harsh to the nose and, the worst part, the standing toilets were not available to the public (not functional). However, I have to say, the 2 cleaning employees I encountered behaved very politely. Would not say the same for the counter employees, very bored and impolite.

I won't rate the food because everyone knows how Mc Donalds meals are. I will talk about the atmosphere and the place building is! I will start by saying that they are so fast on finishing your order, they take around to 5-10 minutes minimum which is so good for fast food restaurant! This Mc Donalds is exactly opposite of a club so if you leave the club you have opposite of you fast food, there is nothing more helpful that time. Come and have a look and you will see! 🍔🍟

The most depressing staff atmosphere in any outlet I have visited. Nobody smiles ….what happened to training?? They also allow non disability card holders to use disability spaces

Amazing big mac and fries

I ordered food through the Bolt service in this restaurant. I paid for 2 menu, and also i ordered 2 sauces. I was paid for it also. But i didn’t get them! I call to the restaurant and they say me “call to bolt and say «ask them to bring sauces». Seriously????? Maybe it’s your problem, and you must to call courier??????? And my money also not returned! This is a disgusting service!!!!!! P. S. The sauce has arrived, but please, be careful with orders! It was not first time when you make a mistake

Surprisingly good. The food was served hot and well prepared. My kids loved it and commented that it's the beat McDonald's branch they ate in. In general, McDonald's in Cyprus was really good and not expensive compared with other countries.

Chicken burgers are quite ok, but every once in a while I get orange juice mixed with water. Despite having a pulp in it. Most probably I'll stop visiting this place.

Ordered the food and it's like yesterday's burger or they probably made it 1 week ago and they're giving us now. The food is nasty not even tasty and old 😒. You should not order it trust me. Even the fries are old and burgers are smashed. What is this 😐

Please check your order - often they don't bring everything you bought. There is no air conditioning in the children's room and it is insanely hot there. The guy behind the candy cashier just didn’t understand that he had to work.

OK, so the food's McDonalds. Not great, but quick and cheap. Last time we were in, a chap came over after we'd finished eating and offered us free desserts "because we'd come in and ordered." Turns out there was a catch - I had to write a review there and then. Unfortunately, I didn't have my phone with me, couldn't write a review, an offer to write one once I got home wasn't enough, and so my kids - who were excited at the prospect of their free desserts - were disappointed. Superb way to build customer loyalty - and, by the way, if you see a 5* review for this place, ask yourself if it was written in exchange for a free dessert.

Service -say terrible it’s mean to don’t say nothing! U are doing the order on the end u will found other positions in your bag which u didn’t order , instead of bid tasty they will put Mac chicken …but you will pay how for big tasty or instead of four ketchup they will putt one and in your request give me more I ordered it the staff will look at u as u stole something . And be ready found inside a gift 🙌🏻 on the picture! When situations like this happen regularly I think all managers team have to pay attention how good staff educated
