The rooms were crowded and overbooked, it was loud and tight, we had to wait about 1.5 hours for our food and couldn't eat together because the food wasn't ready at similar times. The service staff partly didn't know which table was which but apart from that they were being friendly and doing their best to help and the food was excellent.

Fantastic, typical German place, with an outdoor Beergarten and/or court to eat. Very friendly people, excellent atmosphere and good quality German dishes. Like a lot of places in Germany, doesn't except many foreign bank cards, but this due to Bank fees in Germany mostly. Prices are rather low, especially for what this place has to offer. Recommended and popular for people travelling looking for a good place to spend one or a few nights. Small enough to be charming, big enough to offer you something extra.

Defiantly one of the best Schnitzel dishes you can experience in and around Munich!

We’ve had lunch here a couple of times. It’s always been good and the waiters have always been friendly. The cakes are also very delicious.

Visited Jagerwirt with my Aunt Rosina and cousins for her 85th Birthday. The food was excellent and the Bakery treats wonderful. I can see why a reservation is a must for this off the beaten path location. It is a dinning mecca for food lovers. I will have to visit here again when we return to Germany.

Very good hotel, quiet and confotable, with a good restaurant were you can have typical Bavarian plates. The surroundings are charming with forests and planed ideally for jogging and cycling.

Everything was ok. The room was clean and comfortable at reasonable price. Great place to stop on the way to the Alpes. Good breakfast.

Gasthof Jägerwirt is a huge restaurant with various dining halls and an outdoor terrace. In addition to being a restaurant, they also have a farm and their own butcher shop. They specialize in ox meat which makes up their specials on their menu. The dry-aged ox steak was tender and the ox tips were well cooked. In fact, all meat dishes we tried were delicious, of great quality and were perfectly cooked. The service was friendly and efficient. The prices are not cheap but justifiable for the quality. They are also very well known for their cakes. In fact, the trick is to first chose your cake and „reserve“ it for later so that you can enjoy your preferred sliced after your meal dinner. Their cakes sell out quickly and many people come by just to buy 3-5 slices to take away.
