I was in a car dealership and chose a used Volvo that I wanted to buy. We agreed in the pre-contract that they polish the car, change the worn tires, do a TÜV and of course, do a service on the car. We did not state in writing in the contract that everything would be completed in almost 10 working days, but I received a confirmation in an email from an employee that it would be finished within 10 days. Of course, everything took about 20 days. Then, what I complain about the most is the exterior condition of the car. After giving the car a thorough wash, I saw tons of scratches and even paint chips on the rear bumper (maybe not just paint chips). I am convinced that they did not honor any agreement and that the polishing was certainly not done in the right way (complete polishing of the car). I sincerely hope that the car dealership will work on these things to make their customers happy and satisfied.

I am the owner of a 2019 XC90 T8, bought directly from the factory in Gothenburg Sweden. I didn't know what to expect from Volvo dealerships in the area, however Svenscar Baierbrunn has never failed to fulfill my expectations as a Volvo customer so far. Last week's 36k annual service with front windshield change went really smooth. Guarantee claim three years ago for faulty air suspension was also perfect. Overall customer service experience top so far! Please Svenscar Baierbrunn, continue this way!

Whatever you do, don't go here. Go to the Volvo in starnberg. The people here in baierbrunn are ridiculously German. The customer service is, even for German standards, far below par. It's like the entire staff ate a plate of lemons. They look at you as if you are a random stranger standing in their living room.inatead of you being a customer in the shop. We've been to this workshop 3 times for the same.issue. which every time they failed to repair. We even called.volvo Germany and they decided that the cost of the third repair were to be covered by the shop itself. All of sudden our car was fixed. Anyways, I'm not a mechanic so maybe that's a coincidence but the horrific way they treat is just unbelievable. Please, Go to the workshop in starnberg. They are.openminded and professional. And you will be treated with dignity

Ich bin total begeistert. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen. Das Team ist wirklich nett und echt super. Habe ein neues Auto gebraucht und konnte problemlos verschiedene Fahrzeuge Probefahren. Mir wurde alles in Ruhe gezeigt. Nachdem ich einen Monat nach Kauf einen Wildschaden hatte ging auch dies reibungslos und sehr schnell. Ich habe ein Ersatzfahrzeug bekommen und musste mich um nichts mehr kümmern. Habe mein Auto abgeholt und bin voll zufrieden. Der Service ist echt top!
