We were perfectly looked after. The doctors were competent and friendly, the nurses were empathetic and always friendly. This is a special achievement considering the strenuous working day that the employees have there. Is it a wellness hotel? No, of course not and of course you have to wait but that is the nature of things.

Unfortunately doctors did wrong diagnose for our daughter. As result we waste/missed some days and then in another hospital doctors found pneumonia... It is sad, but it looks like in Schwabing doctors do not want help you and they just search way to send you home.

So... We were there last week... Catastrophe!!! The staff are nice, but there is absolutely no distraction for the children. Everything was old and worn out, after waiting for over 3 hours we left again. No parking spaces. No toy. No books. Nothing. We're set up like we're at an airport. The highlight was when a doctor came by the queue and said "yes, what's going on here, is there free beer? Ha ha ha" See photo... Of course the treatment comes first, but we didn't even get to "enjoy" it. Please use the Augsburg Central Hospital as an example. It's a difference like night and day.

Our son had to have an operation on his intestines at the end of October, but during the operation the problem turned out to be much more serious than we had hoped. We feel very well looked after, both during the entire preparation, in which all possible scenarios of the procedure were explained to us in detail, and during the stay, during which our son was closely observed. We found the clear and open communication, in which our pediatricians were proactively involved at all times, particularly positive. Many thanks to the entire team of doctors in the pediatric surgery department as well as the staff in the parent-child ward, who together competently and empathetically ensured that our son got back on his feet quickly after the operation and was allowed to go home after 8 days .

I went here on 2 occasions with my son and every time had to wait for 3 hours. This is no emergency hospital, if you ever have an emergency please call an ambulance and they will know where to bring you. Severely understaffed and they admit it. Never again.

I had been this clinic week ago along with my son who was suffering from Diaria very badly. around 3:30am we went there and had to wait for doctor about one and half hours. notice that he came only after new patient arrived(local lady with her daughter). As we were travelling and badly looking for medicine to control diaria, doctor refuse to give or prescribe medicine and advice only drink plenty of liquid, he adviced that diaria has to be control naturally and may take a week to recover. That day evening I could get imodium tablets from local chemist which gave immediate relief. As we expat travellers Doctor should have given/prescribe medicine to relive from diaria.

Worst experience ever. After 2 hours waiting still nothing moved. I wonder if doctors exists there at all. Terrible experience if you come with an emergency of your child.

We came to the emergency room with an emotionally unstable and hysterical child and were looked after lovingly, caringly and very professionally. Big praise to all the nurses and doctors, we felt incredibly well looked after! 🩷

Our little daughter was treated as an inpatient and later as an outpatient for a burn. We felt very well cared for and looked after at all times! Thanks to the team!
