Since the moment you walk in you will find a lovely and welcoming staff, that will listen to your needs and help you find the right vehicle or even more giving you the possibility to choose from a top cars selection. The cars are super clean and with full optional. I always prefer the full coverage package for my rentals, so I can just enjoy the ride.

Hallo, mein Lebensgefährte hat bei Herrn Süder dem Leiter der Filiale ein Auto für heute bestellt, es war ein Q5 und heute bei der Abholung hat angeblich genau dieses Auto einen Unfall gehabt. Danach sollte uns für das selbe Geld ein Kleinwagen zu Verfügung gestellt werden, was ein absoluter Witz ist, da ich das als Monats Abo gemietet habe mit der Option zu verlängern. Das letzte mal haben wir für sechs Monate gemietet und auch immer vertröstet worden, da angeblich das Auto immer verlängert wurde. Wenn ihr mit all euren Kunden so umgeht, dann habt ihr bald keine mehr. Wir mieten nicht zum Spass ein Auto, sondern weil wir es dringend gebraucht hätten. Ich hätte gern eine Stellungnahme dazu. Statt gebuchten Merkmalen (Compact, Diesel, Automatik, Auslandsfahrt) keinen Diesel sondern 80 PS Toyota Mild Hybrid Benziner bekommen. „Man reserviert nur eine Klasse“, ist mir nach hunderten Sixt mieten bekannt. Bisher war die Abweichung und Enttäuschung nie so groß. Warum kann ich gegen Aufpreis 10 Tage im Voraus einen Diesel buchen, wenn ich ihn nicht bekomme? Trotz Angebots ans Personal, mehr für einen Diesel man. zu zahlen (Kunde droht mit Auftrag) hat man sich nicht bemüht, mir ein teureres Auto zu verkaufen. Dabei fuhren andere Kunden mit Diesel vom Hof. Das Fahrzeug war zudem extrem verschmutzt (sitze, Lenkrad), was während Corona besonders ekelhaft ist. Das behelfsmäßig eingestellte Personal schreibt Mietverträge im Gegensatz zu 2008 per Hand. Einen Durchschlag etc für mich gab es nicht. TIPP: Die Mitarbeiter genau so für dumm verkaufen und Rückgabe immer an der gleichen Station angeben, um bessere Modelle zu bekommen. Man kann auch spontan an allen anderen Stationen in DE zurückgeben.

They caused me inconvenience by giving a car which was not engine oil supplied. Afterall I topped up it myself, but more than a month passed, they still did not refund me for that. I am tired of contacting them many times, but still the same. Not satisfied. As of 27th of June.

I dropped off a car that i rented from another city. The handover was so smooth and easy and trust based, with a possibility to drop the keys while being closed.

Worst ever customer service experience in this branch office in Bamberg today. No will to meet a sixt gold customer urgent need. No capability to adapt to a world of travellers under pandemic difficulties. Only capable to read a policy and charge 172 Euros for a cancellation of a booking made 30 minutes earlier, due to the NEIN to give the car to the second driver as registered with name in the booking itself.I really hope someone in SiXT HQ management will realize how much damage this branch employee can do to the name of the Company and get it fixed

Klasse Team, sehr freundlich obwohl wir 25 Minuten außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten gekommen sind da wir im Stau standen. Der Chef hat extra nochmal das System hochgefahren und uns ein Auto (weißen Q3) gegeben. Vielen Dank nochmal für die Hilfe. 👍👍😄

Fahrzeuge für 300 Kilometer mit angeblich 290 Kilometer Strom bekommen. De facto leider nur 220km Laden nicht wie gesagt einfach mit der Kreditkarte möglich! Wenigstens war das Auto sehr billig. Wenig Flexibilität. Andere Sixt Stationen geben zum selben Preis noch kostenlose Upgrades um Kundenwünsche zu erfüllen, ist nicht so als wäre das nicht möglich. Schade, Auto war trotzdem schön und wir sind angekommen.

Wir haben telefonisch ein Fahrzeug gebucht. 20 Minuten später als wir Vorort waren hat der Kollege das Fahrzeug einfach anderweitig vermietet und meinte er könne uns auch nicht weiter helfen. Ein Stern ist schon Zuviel

Mitarbeiter, die im Sinne des Kunden freundlich, kompetent, bemüht und durchwegs positiv arbeiten. Das ist absolut nachahmenswert! Danke für diese großartige Erfahrung!

Car was great, pickup was great, staff was great. Only 3 stars because I did not realize that the SixT office in Heidelberg was only open until noon. When we dropped the car off at 13:00, we were stuck in an industrial area, where no taxis could be seen, and no public transportation withing a 20 minute walk. So we had to walk 30 minutes to our hotel in a pouring rain. Would have been nicer to have an open office that could have called a taxi for us; it seems odd to only be open until noon on a Saturday.
