    Terrible experience... We bought tickets but wait for nothing. The bus driver drove away directly without checking our confirmed tickets. We trusted your company so we choose FlixBus; however, it turns out to be a nightmare, our trip was completely distracted. After complaining to FlixBus and ask for refund, the company keeps passing the bucks to each other and we get nothing but disappointment. How can we ever trust FlixBus again? It’s totally unreliable.

    Absolutely advise against traveling with them - bus was 4.5 hours late, I missed my connecting transfer, and there is absolutely no way to talk to a real person in customer service. I was denied boarding a different bus going to the connecting destination even after my original bus was already more than 2 hours late. Never again.

    On December 9th, I bought a Busfor ride on December 19th at 20.00 from Essen to Uzhhorod. On December 18th, at 1 p.m., I received a message in Viber that they had a transfer in Berlin. So, Flix-bus will come to Essen, go to Berlin, and after a transfer - to Uzhhorod. Was it written when buying a Busfor ticket? The question is rhetorical. Grandma came to the station an hour before bus-time. She was standing there alone. She checked every bus. There was no bus to Berlin. We thought, probably he is late. Then we thought we should call. This Flix-bus ticket to Berlin doesn't include a phone. I found the number of Flix-bus Ukraine on the Internet and called them. "Oh, the bus has already left. Go to Berlin at your own foot and get on the next one." That is, the bus simply drove by in an unclear way, where and how. Of course, no one even thinks of returning the money. Not only that, no one even dared to call and inform me that the bus was about to leave the stop. And they picked up the phone at the third time. And even after that, the story did not end. At four in the morning, the driver of the Berlin-Uzhhorod bus calls me and asks where the passenger is. That is, the Flix-bus Ukraine dispatcher didn't think to inform the next carrier so that they would not wait for us with the whole bus. But there are no questions for the carrier from Berlin - unlike Flix-bus, he was concerned about the fate of the client. In short, a cab service it is, not a bus company.

    LUGGAGE STOLEN- The drivers leave the Luggage doors open while at every stop with no oversight. YOU MUST- Go outside at each stop to watch your luggage while the doors are open. FLIXBUS does not use any luggage tags or any verification of ownership while all other bus companies do. FLIXBUS does not take any responsibility for your stolen luggage or take any action to prevent stolen luggage issues.

    The worst service I ever had. We bought tickets from Vienna airport to erdburg, in order to transfer to Brno then to Cesky krumlov. We waited at the bus station, we saw the bus come in front of us, the driver help other customers get off, then the driver close the door and drive away. We couldn't believe what had just happened. We were waiting in front of the driver. We had to cancelled the rest of the travels. The most rediculous thing is it says if you didn't use the ticket and had proof that you did take other transport, you can get refund of the tickets in it's website. But the truth is, the company asked us to contact other company, we did and other company said if the bus was with flixbus' s logo, then they were not the one to blame. We provided evidence that indicating we didn't use the ticket as requested in the refund page, however, we never get the refund. Please be careful with this company. Or you would lose money, time and the mood for the vacation. Take regiojet instead. We had a good time and satisfactory service with them.

    Worst experience ever, I've purchased the interflix passes over a week ago and still haven't got my voucher codes activated. My travel to Europe is less than 4 days away, they keep lying to me that will get activated "tomorrow". It's like tomorrow is the magic day. But to them, tomorrow never comes. I have lost trust in this company. I'm not sure, if they even are a company, cause anytime I ask for a team lead or manager the customer service rep says that there's none. If I ask to speak to someone in the interflix department, she said they don't speak to customers. Probably they are ghosts. If I don book those buses today, then there is no guarantee that I will get the buses at all. I'm losing my money and time waiting on customer service calls for no reason. My whole vacation is ruined by choosing this service. Now I don have extra money to even book with other bus services. N my stay in Europe is only for 2 weeks. Flixbus has robbed me off my time and money and also ruined my vacation.

    This trip with FlixBus left me traumatised! 🪳🪳🪳 I travel with this company a lot and most of the times it was good, regardless of minor issues like absence of soap in toilets in their buses, I already adapted to it with my sanitiser. But today on a trip Stuttgart-Zagreb I saw something I’ve never seen in a bus before - cockroaches!! At first I saw one on the window sill, then I changed my seat to other part of the bus, and after a couple of hours one of them was already crawling on my knee! Could have been the same one, chasing me all over the bus, but who knows. I started wondering how these unsanitary conditions can be possible on a bus, I looked around and noticed what’s actually between the seat and the wall.. better not to look there. Had a feeling like that bus has never been cleaned from the inside. The power outlet next to one of the seats looked plainly dangerous - like someone just cut it open. FlixBus is a great way to travel cheap in Europe but that trip left me wanting to go for a plane ticket next time.

    Feels -17 * in Munich dec.4th flixbus Munich central station have a tiny waiting room for passengers . I saw people with kids and babies waiting outside that morning because no place to stay indoor . Bus supposed to come at 7 am to stuttgart arrived at 8 no updates till 7.30 am .no one around to ask help!!! Such a bad company and service to use!!! Don’t recommend flixbus at all!!!

    Company is a scam. Was not let on a bus from Munich to Zurich with a valid Swiss B visa card (which is the only Swiss ID, Ausweiss document given by the Swiss government), even though the ticket said a passport OR valid ID is needed. They let me go on the outbound journey, but not indbound. Their staff was impolite and knowledge lacking (they tried to say Switzerland is not in the Schengen area and that my visa was not a valid visa).

    Drivers super rude they charge us 14 extra euros for hand luggage plus they start yelling it is. be aware of the hidden costs. Terrible experience. Will never use again.

    The most terrible company ever! Even 1 star for you too much!!!! Always late! Service is disaster. Buses always break!!! My bus had a problem with a wheel and we just standing more then 10 hours!!!!

    We booked a trip from Torino to Milan and received an email (less than 24 hours before the trip) saying that the ride is cancelled, and that they were looking for solutions. Never herad anything from them again 😅

    I booked tickets from and to Nuremberg from Munich. The driver instructed me where to stand so I can take the bus which returns back to Munich. But the bus stoped in another platform so I missed it . In the office told me to buy a new ticket and after a hard argument they made a discount and told me that I shouldn’t believe the drivers because they are foreigners and not German !!!!! I will think it twice to travel again with you .

    Had to cancelled my bookings for a bus trip worth €58 from Berlin ZOB to Brussels-Nord due to unforseen circumstances. I paid the tickets myself, with my own debit card, but the money I paid cannot be refunded back to my card and instead Flixbus only gives me a voucher of the same amount that I could use next time Really not a great way to do business Flixbus. I need my damn money back! Exchanging it with some lousy voucher that expires in one year is not the same. AT ALL!!!!

    Usually good transport option, but their new really a shame this new modification policy! It costs now the same as a cancelation, it's absolutely anti-commercial. You need to pay 50% of the price to modify the ticket and continue to travel with them one week before, the ticket being cheaper! Will defintely use other options like BlablaBus or local companies in the future if no other option is proposed.

    Not a good trip in Europe, with a double deck buss - upper deck is very tight. On my bus the air ventilation did not work, and even so it was cold outside for the couple of hours without stop it got really nasty. People were coughing around me so I got sick too. Couldn't wait the trip to be over so I can get out and get some clean air.

    Flixbus started having a monopoly over local bus companies in Europe. They use false advertising of low cost to sell their product. They are one of the worst bus companies I have had to deal it. They speculate the need of tourists/people to travel and they charge insane amounts of money for very small distances. If they see a need for a certain destination they double, triple and even quadruple the price. Then their prices change from one minute to the next making byuing a ticket even worse than buying an airline ticket. After being lied to and paying exorbitant amounts your bus is often late. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

    I had a ride from Munich to Nuremberg last Friday and it was perfect. We departed in time and arrived 10 minutes ahead. Internet worked well and the bus Team was very professional.

    Delayed very often: you will miss connections if you don't have at least 1 hour waiting time. Choose Flixbus only if you have no alternatives.

    Flixbus is not a honest company. Bad service, especially customer service once you really need them! All in all really bad experience. Their general terms and conditions are not worth the paper they are written on. No recommendation whatsoever. Unfortunately it is not possible to give zero stars. Disappointment guaranteed.

    I booked tickets using voucher which should give me a discount 32.99€, but I've gotten only 3€ discount to the price. The agent of FLIX BUS company told me that they "could not do something, sorry". So they stole 29.99 from me...

    If you like when people yell at you, then you are in the right place. You will have a lot of it using FlixBus services. Bad timing, yelling drivers, unscheduled stops and people who were left because of these stops, because driver's don't allow you to sit in the bus even if it's raining.

    I took FlixBus to go to Munich from Freiburg. My choice was based on the super low price and good reviews. The booking process was painless. The bus was modern and comfortable with wireless, the driver was professional and kind, and we left/arrived on time. An added plus was the free Bretzel! I would recommend this service.

    The worst customer service. Changing places without any option to change by passengers. Accidentally cancelled trip. No air conditioning in the bus. I don’t know how people are still alive after 12 hours spent on the border

    No customer protection rights in case of cancellation and bad customer experience. Short notice (2days before) cancellation for a return journey. As we had two separate bookings we had to pay a cancellation fee of 24€ per person for the outbound journey.

    In 12 march from prague to wienn 23:25 with the final destination zagreb. One if the two drivers was very rude. He threw the luggage like trash in our face with violence. Also one driver when he was driving he used his phone. Get serious on this company

    terrible service! bus #20 was 40 minutes late in Kraków on July 8, 2002, then the bus was replaced by another one. In the future, after Krakow, the driver was replaced, also a delay. Everything is disorganized. The further journey is interrupted.

    The most irresponsible company. I had a ticket from Chicago to Toronto, with a stop in Detroit. The Chicago bus was very late (over 2 hours) to the point it missed the Detroit connection bus. That was the last bus going to Toronto on that day. Guess what they did? Exactly nothing! I was left in a city I had no clue about, where I had to find a way to be in Toronto for a critical matter the day after. I had to pay for my trip via airplane or rail, which I did. Guess what they did? Nothing again! Did they pay for my ticket? No, Did they give me a refund? No! Did I call them? Yes, Did I fill out their refund form? Yes! Not recommended at all.

    They canceled my train from Stockholm to Gothenburg at the last minute, and now 2.5 months later I still haven't received my refund and they have made it extremely difficult to interact with their support team (slow, unhelpful responses every few weeks that still haven't led to any resolution). I've taken FlixBus several times and the WiFi onboard almost never works.

    I started using Flixbus during the last 3 months for trips to Berlin and Cologne from Frankfurt. If you your are looking for a good alternative with a better prize then DB you can´t do anything wrong with Flixbus.

    The bus on our first trip had a one hour delay and smelled like cigarettes. The bus on our return trip had a 2 hour delay, of which we weren't notified, nor were we presented with alternative solutions. Afterwards, we asked customer service for a refund, which should be a possibility according to the passenger rights on their website, however, they refused. Customer service made up a rule. According to them we should have refused the trip in order to get a refund, even though their own website states otherwise. The chauffeur also drove like a madman, disregarding several laws and as well as all around decency on the road. Please AVOID Flixbus!

    Horrible company. We had a huge delay in leaving, we were planning to have dinner at our destination, but we arrived so late that everything was already closed. Furthermore, someone else took my luggage, I couldn't change my clothes during the entire trip and the company simply did nothing to help. I've been in contact with them for months and they still don't do anything. I will NEVER travel with flixbus again and I do not recommend it.
