Im Café am Kirchplatz gibt's leckeren Kaffee, Apfelstrudel mit Eis und Sahne zum attraktiven Preis. Die Karte ist reichhaltig und hält auch was für die gemütliche Einkehr zum Vesper bereit. Das Café ist typisch für den Schwarzwald heimisch, gemütlich & rustikal (positiv!) eingerichtet. Das Personal ist super nett und sympathisch. Wir kommen wenn wir zum nächsten Mal in Schluchsee sind sicher wieder vorbei.

Der sehr leckere Kuchen (Käsemohnkuchen - toll!) tröstet über den bei unserem Besuch wirklich miserablen Service hinweg. Es war zwar viel los, aber eine große Gruppe Kunden über 10 Minuten wortlos zu ignorieren, ist leider ein No-Go. Kein Wort der Entschuldigung, stattdessen aber die - leider falsche - Behauptung, ein von Service vergessenes Heißgetränk wäre ganz sicher serviert worden. Das Ambiente würde ich als oldschool-rustikal beschreiben. Eine kleine Bistrokarte mit warmen Gerichten gibt es auch.

Das Cafe ist eher rustikal eingerichtet. Die Auswahl an Kuchen und Torten ist gut, es hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Die Preise sind angemessen. Kartenzahlung ist möglich. Ein öffentliches Parkhaus ist fußläufig in der Nähe.

With a soothing and relaxing view of the Kirchplatz from the balcony, this Cafe was one of the unplanned highlights of our trip. We ordered, Hawaiian Pizza - it was superb tasty, the black forest cake was truly amazing and as authentic as can be. But the highlight was the icecream. The staff were super helpful. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ☺️

We enjoyed a drink and a slice of the typical black forest cake in the outdoor terrace of this restaurant. The cake was good, although it had some different features compared to the same type of cake I ate in other cafés, namely a buttercream in the cherry layer, as well as what I think it is some strawberry jam. The overall outcome is still really good, but I think I’d stick to a more traditional recipe. The staff was really friendly and kind.

Cute cafe for cakes, coffee and fruhstuck. The Kirschen Torte we had here was extremely good, and almost melted in the mouth. The prices are also reasonable as compared to other touristy cafe in the nearby area. Staff was polite and friendly.

Lots of vegetarian Options, everything seemed freshly prepared, good service, staff spoke English, spotlessly clean toilet.

Great Zwetschgen-Strudel, very good service. Nice location looking at the church. Quieter than cafes directly located at the lake.

Amazing homemade black forest cake. It is a must if you are visiting this cafe.

Das Café befindet sich im 1. OG direkt am Kirchplatz. Man muss eine Stufen überwinden, einen Aufzug habe ich nicht erkennen können. Daher leider keine Barrierefreiheit gegeben. Die Vesper (Brotzeit) war mit köstlichen Schwarzwälder Schinken. Das dazu gereichte Brot hatte einen sehr leckeren Geschmack und war außen schön knusprig. Zum Abschluss gab es eine Schwarzwälder-Kirsch-Torte. Sehr köstlich und durchaus zu empfehlen! Preislich macht man hier nix falsch! Die Torte kostet 4,20€ und die Vesper 12€. Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Klasse, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr uhriges Kaffee. Ich hatte eine Maultaschen Suppe, welche sehr gut war. Der Cappuccino war mir nicht heiß genug. Sonst hat alles soweit gepasst. Der Apfelstrudel ist absolut empfehlenswert.

Die Torte war der Hammer! Superlecker auch die Apfelsaftschorle 0,5l, serviert mit Apfelstückchen und Eiswürfeln. Kaffee & Cappuccino auch gut. Einzig allein der Service war etwas überfordert mit dem Ansturm am Neujahrstag und das Café stand voll mit Menschen, die auch noch Kuchen mitnehmen wollten. Da muss man schon sehr achtsam sein, wenn man sich bei der Hektik wohlfühlen will. 😉 Deswegen auch einen Stern Abzug. Ansonsten gern wieder!!

Sehr nettes kleines Café mit Terasse und Blick auf die Kirche
