Had stayed here previously when it was operated by a different hotel chain. Was surprised that it was now a B&B chain hotel. Apart from no longer having a bar, not a lot has changed. The rooms are exactly as they were previously. Comfortable bed and everything clean. Walking distance into town, plus bars/restaurants nearby, along with a couple of supermarkets. Will definitely be our go to hotel when back in Getafe.

This was a bit of an above average hotel. staff and location make it a great place to stay for sure. There are two supermarkets right next to it. As well as food establishments seemingly a 10-15 minuet walk in any direction. There is also a subway 10 minuets away, with central Madrid being a 30 minuet train ride away. They as well have garage parking complimentary. But the staff was very helpful even with a little bit of a language barrier, they did their best in trying to make sure we had what we need, very friendly indeed. Definitely recommend a stay here if you don't want to be in the hustle and bustle of tourist life for a decent price!

This is my go to Hotel every time I travel to Madrid either for business or pleasure. The size its perfect, the location is ideal. You can easily go to central in less than 20min by train and at night it is a very peaceful and quiet place which is amazing. Next to the hotel there is 2 supermarkets, corner shop, 2 cafes and a bar. This are all in between 1 - 5min walk. Also in 10min walk there is an amazing japanese restaurant, just in case you would like something different. I have previously booked inside by Gran Via and to be really honest this hotel easily tops up those from central.

Horrible bed, with a hole in the middle of the matress, spent the nigth falling to the center. Extremelly hot in the room, even with the AC off. No amenities, no glasses to wash your teeth, very little space to put something. No plugs near the bed. Bad soundproofing. We can Expensive for the quality that offers.

Pretty decent place and definitely one of the better B&B stays out there. Only unfortunate that the walls are pretty thin, we had a room with a connecting door to the other room. This lead sounds and smell through super easy. Waking up at 8 while your neighbors are smoking inside the room is not very pleasant

There was no buffet breakfast but the breakfast-bag was reasonable. I mean, for me breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Now, due to the covid-19 most of the hotels has no breakfast buffet any longer and the breakfast-set is often very poor: I finish it and I am still very hungry! In the case of this B&B hotel, the amount of food was close to "my" acceptability threshold: I was just a little hungry! A pleasant surprise

When choosing this hotel, I was lead to believe it's a four star rating. Food VERY dissapointing. Breakfast very poor and dissapointing. Dinner options definately not hotel standard. Other hotels in Spain with 3 stars FAR better. No kettle in the room. We found this unacceptable. We do not recommend this hotel.

This is not a 4 star hotel. But it offers a nice room to sleep in at a very reasonable cost and the staff was great. The breakfast is simple but good. It was perfect for what we needed. Highly recommend.

A hotel with a very bad soundproofing. I stayed for a long time in interest of work. In most of the nights bad noises were heard from the neighboring rooms at 1-2 o’clock in the night and I couldn’t rest. The staff at the reception took no action. Also, the maids don't clean as they should. After 2 weeks of accommodation, the floor is full of dust and the soap container in the bathroom is almost empty, never refilled. I do not recommend. These are not the standards for a 4-star hotel.
