It was really disgusting experience, i've got bed bugs attack , its ruined my skin,I can not sleep anymore . The hotel was in a middle of nowhere and no refrigerator so no cold drinks . But the terras + air-conditioner were fine .

Out dated awful hotel. Horrible beds and room. The linen is ripped apart and the bedsheets are made of plastic..! I can only imagine why they would do this... The hotel has tried to update the furniture by painting the 70's bed and cabinets, which looks like it's done by a 2 year old. The people are very nice and the breakfast decent and the wifi works fine. You can park right in front of your room. Location is OK. It is about 10 min to getafe and 30 min to Madrid city center.

Nothing to do with photographs but nice place to go alone or not. Really easy with parking place at the door of your apartment.

This hotel is an hidden gem, providing you take the correct exit off the motorway. It has a great patio to have a drink and we would be happy to stay for a week rather than the day we did. If the room had a kitchenette it would be a great hotel. The hotel and restaurant was spotless and we hope to be able to return on our journey back to the UK in March.

Really cheap, clean, friendly staff n pet friendly. Great😊 Rooms and bathroom are quite large, the bed is comfy. I gave 4 of 5 stars because I the water pressure at the shower is not the best

Horrible place absolutely awful, they use photos that do not correspond to reality, who are friendly?? In this place no one, the receptionist/manager worse than fawlty towers * breakfast is a joke some baguette and butter, bedbugs, dirty floor, outdated linen, steel beds broken and with a wooden plank on top of it, seems like a bad bed from 2nd world war, shower not working, complaining does not work with these experienced people of lies

As others have said this really is a bit of a glorified motorway hotel but it provides a welcome break which is very dog friendly If you are travelling through Spain, it is fairly inexpensive and the food in the restaurant though simple was good enough. It is a bit tired with a few basic errors like flat batteries in remotes and incredibly noisy air conditioning. But provided you don't expect luxury, you may find it just the thing for a quick overnight stop. Had to rate location. Hardly picturesque though. It has some pleasant gardens but convenient being just off the motorway a little complicated to find since you have to get in the right service road

I gave this 1 star because all the staff were really helpful and did their best. The hotel is in need of a refurbishment. The electrics are dangerous, waste pipes damaged and leaking. The price was for a mid range hotel but should be at budget base level. Could be good if redone. It is also a shame that the restaurant was closed when I went to dinner and there is nowhere else to eat nearby.

Very good location with free parking just off the motorway and 10mins from the shopping centre. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Large chalet type accommodation with a comfortable bed... what's not to like!

I stayed for 7 days. Not an acceptable stay or habitable location. Insects in rooms (ants in one, mosquitoes in another after I switched). Unsanitary. In the first room, housekeeping simply brushed the dead ants off the bed and remade it. After multiple attempts to solve the issues, they offered no solutions. Basically a shoulder shrug. The WiFi worked for a day then was out for the next 5. No refrigerator in room. The website said they have “self serve” laundry which is not true. Very thin walls, could hear neighbors almost at a whisper. Rooms and bathrooms old and outdated, though this is expected at a cheaper hotel. Poor location. Neighborhood feels unsafe (in an industrial zone, graffiti on surrounding buildings, bars/metal slats on all room windows). Would not stay again.
