Nice people at the reception, elegant hotel. Great breakfast with plenty of food and fruits. Very close to warner bros park. Surely will come back.

It was a group tour staying, which I understand that the service quality may be downgraded to serve many rooms, however, I think this should not be tolerated for total quality level of the hotel. Hair dryer was broken, and reception desk was busy to receive the call. I was waiting over 15 mins to talk having a backup hair dryer and few towels, because there was only 1 receptionist at the desk. Bathroom shower booth is a swivel glass door which hardly protect the water from out of tub so all floor got wet. Now I believe some people had to pay the carpet fee due to poor room design, not customer fault. I knew it was about 70 dollars for the night, but I had no idea at the moment bcuz the group staying. Anyway it would be worth the money.

Quality of Getafe Exe Hotel was excellent, İ suggest this hotel for foreigner tourists.Warm water was always available, hotel was always clear.Behaviours were friendly, What else you need?

Great. The only bad thing is the internet. I wasn’t able to use it any of the three days I stayed. Disconnected often and when connected the speed was not good.

The rooms were clean and ok, but there was no minibar, no coffee no good view no balcony, no q tips, no sandals to use after taking a shower. The service wasn‘t that good, the breakfast was terrible (I got sick because of the eggs), when my wife wanted to take a coffee to go, the Service staff took her cup away and told her that it costs 2€. She felt humiliated and embaressed, why do you treat your guests like that? All in all I wouldn‘t recommend the hotel for a longer time.

The EXE Getafe hotel left me with the most pleasant impressions. I would like to share my enthusiastic experience of staying here. Let's start with the impressive design and style of the hotel. My room was spacious and cozy, with comfortable furniture and modern amenities. The breakfast offered a wide selection of fresh and delicious dishes, catering to any preferences. The convenient location of the hotel made it easy for me to reach the main attractions and business centers. Overall, I highly recommend the EXE Getafe hotel - it is the perfect place for a comfortable and luxurious stay in Getafe.

Rooms were clean but quite cold when I visited in early November. The atrium is nice to look at but means all floors’ sounds can be heard in any room. With only one door between the bed and the hallway, the noise was quite noticeable. Location wise, not much to be done closeby unless you have a car. There were at least 3 different tourist groups staying the night I stayed, who conversed quite loudly in the lobby and the breakfast buffet seemed quite empty after these groups came and went.

The hotel is very far from the city center. Breakfast room is so small. Workers control people and they tread the whole customers like they are potentially stealers. They also rush customers to finish their breakfast quickly and empty the room for the next group. They mostly out of black tea and hot water. They don't control and fill the service plates. They were groups, crowed and so loud. They were out of most dinner dishes and had to eat frozen pizza and glass of wine. Expensive and poor lady who was serving by yourself keep saying they are out of food.

Don't forget to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking your hotel. This website will compare countless booking web sites and normally will have rates much cheaper than others! You're welcome :)! Is terrible hotel !!! Robbery just happen Infront of me , and I heard few robbery cases happen just between this 2 weeks 😰😰, and hotel reception doesn't give any help to the guy😓😓, it so terrible.

I was sitting in the lobby , someone just run in and grab my backbag and runaway , i try to chase but fell down , hotel reception do nothing, even they have cctv camera is working,but they dont care !!! This is not pick pocket is robbery, my colleague stay 2 days before , 2 person was fighting with the bus driver , they want to go in bus for robbery !!! This is so terrible !!! All my passport,money , valueble item has gone !!!

Could improve a bit on some bedrooms, sometimes needing some work or with strange noises. The breakfast is always a good part of the experience. Excellent place for sleeping while on business.

Although rooms are clean and spacious, the general noise insulation is very poor.

I liked it a lot. Everyone was really cool and friendly and the rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was amazing too. Nobody around spoke English which I thought was really awesome especially since I’d like to learn Spanish and I didn’t really have a choice haha… Thank you guys for the great stay. Much love 🙏❤️

Location is 10 min walk to getafe centro metro station, rooms are clean enough. And breakfast is satisfying. I will definitely stay again

No breakfast available they have days fore breakfast and a nother issue They have some roms whitt the first door if you close from inside some of dors can be open from out side from cleaner whomen if you are thierd and you pay 2 days don’t forget to hand that paper whitt don’t disturb ,don’t clean ,don’t enter because you can whake up whitt the cleaner women in the room because the dor can be open if you close bay inside ( happen to me) And extra issues I add photos … photo whit the bathroom is not dirty is have a smole break coop … and no roms whitt balcony

A nice and tidy hotel in Getafe. Close to Airbus a real added value for a business trip The staff at the front desk is friendly and does a good job. Be careful in the morning as there are lots of busses leaving it will be crowdy during checkout

Best in the area. Nice rooms, clean and with good service. Great breakfast. No restaurant and room service during wEnd. Good value for money
